Founding Solutions Engineer - AI Agents

Location: Oslo — hybrid from StartupLab + remote We’re the team behind Cloudgeni and OpenGeni . We’ve raised $1M in pre-seed funding and work with customers including Posten, Hydro and Havila . We build AI agents and the infrastructure needed to run them in real production environments — across business workflows, software products and cloud infrastructure. We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer with hands-on experience deploying AI agents into production . What you’ll do Build and deploy AI agents in production Work directly with customers to define and implement use cases Integrate agents with APIs, tools, data and enterprise systems Build reliable execution, guardrails, approvals and observability Prototype quickly and turn prototypes into production systems Work across business workflows, software products and cloud infrastructure What we’re looking for Proven experience deploying AI agents in production Strong Python / software engineering skills Experience with LLMs, agents, APIs and integrations Comfortable working directly with customers Strong ownership and ability to operate with ambiguity Cloud / DevOps experience is a plus What we offer High ownership and autonomy in an early-stage startup Competitive salary and equity Direct influence on product and technical direction Hybrid work from StartupLab in Oslo + remote flexibility Close collaboration with customers on real production AI use cases Phone subscription covered 50% subsidised canteen Apply with your LinkedIn/GitHub and tell us briefly about an AI agent you’ve deployed into production.
