PRODUCT TRAINER FOR GLOBAL SPORTS BRAND – OSLO
WorkShop is now looking for a Product Trainer in Oslo. We are looking for someone with a passion for sport, retail, people and who

As a Product Trainer your main goal is to optimize how this brand can be presented even better in retail. You will do this by
working closely together with the Marketing team and field team to find opportunities for improvements and influence the
retailers. You will lead and drive training for wholesale partners and own our physical presence for the Norwegian market. You
will work with the rest of the Nordic team to identify opportunities to train retailers and come up with content ideas for
physical trainings. You will also conversate with field staff through a physical way of working and support the retailers training
platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, creating and delivering memorable product training through physical and digital methods, in accordance with preset
learning methodology, facilitation and engagement techniques
Driving interaction and participation with training within your wholesale customers
Building a team of proactive brand advocates in store, wholesaler and in your network and community
Onboarding, connecting, educating, and engaging wholesaler customers using our digital engagement app
Plan and execute tours in the most efficient way to visit all stores on your list during the year according to the plan
- Creating an understanding of the optimal customer journey and gaining insights into customer behavior and forthcoming
opportunities. Develop strategies and new concepts to increase conversion rates
Providing accurate and insightful reporting through the in house app after every finished training
Weekly reports of your performance in wholesale
Sharing best practice back to the peer group and the adidas HQ to learn and adapt

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within the sport category
Possess a solid level of pre-knowledge within the running category
Relevant marketing educations or studies - will be a benefit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
A valid drivers license
