On behalf of Namsos Hospital, part of Helse Nord-Trøndelag Health Trust, we are looking for a skilled and motivated radiologist for a permanent position.​ Namsos Hospital serves a population of approximately 39,000 people across 19 municipalities in northern Trøndelag and the Bindal area in Nordland. The region is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, fishing and cycling. Read more about living in Trøndelag here.   Responsibilities:​ • Performing CT and X-ray examinations • Conducting ultrasound and basic interventional procedures • MRI and mammography • Participating in the department’s daily operations, including on-call rotation (currently a 1-in-5 senior consultant rota; junior doctors often cover first-line call) • Collaborating with clinical departments and primary care services Qualifications:​ • Medical license and radiology specialty certification from an EU/EEA country • Broad experience in CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and simple interventional procedures • MRI and/or mammography experience is a strong advantage • Proficient in English and motivated to learn Norwegian.
