Vi ser etter en erfaren organisasjonsutvikler som er nysgjerrig på både mennesker og organisasjonens behov, og som evner å koble dette sammen til tiltak som styrker vår evne til utvikling og endring over tid. Du vil jobbe tett på ledelse og fagmiljøer, og være en viktig rådgiver i spørsmål knyttet til organisasjonsutvikling.  Du vil ha en sentral rolle i å utvikle og videreutvikle organisasjonens arbeidsformer, prosesser og strukturer, og med det bidra til at vi jobber mer helhetlig og effektivt. Samtidig vil du sikre god involvering og forankring, slik at endringer skaper reell verdi i organisasjonen. Arbeidet innebærer tett samarbeid på tvers av fagmiljøer. Du vil også spille en viktig rolle i utviklings- og endringsinitiativer - fra analyse og behovskartlegging til implementering og gevinstrealisering.  Hvis du motiveres av å analysere organisatoriske utfordringer, utvikle beslutningsgrunnlag og bidra i komplekse utviklings- og endringsprosesser, jobbe strategisk og operativt med organisasjonsutvikling, og ønsker å sette retning for hvordan vi utvikler oss videre, vil vi gjerne høre fra deg. Arbeidsoppgaver​ • Arbeide med gjennomføring av utviklings- og endringsprosesser på tvers av organisasjonen   • Gjennomføre organisatoriske analyser og vurdere utviklingsbehov på tvers av virksomheten   • Utarbeide beslutningsgrunnlag med faglig funderte anbefalinger til ledelsen  • Bidra til utforming og oppfølging av strukturtiltak som støtter virksomhetens mål og prioriteringer • Vurdere hvordan organisering, roller, arbeidsformer og kompetansebruk påvirker ressursbruk, kvalitet og måloppnåelse  • Bidra til gevinstrealisering gjennom oppfølging av analyser, anbefalinger og vedtatte tiltak  • Utføre øvrige oppgaver etter avtale med leder.  Kvalifikasjoner​ • Du har utdanning på mastergradsnivå innen HR, Organisasjonspsykologi eller lignende fagfelt. Erfaring kan kompensere for manglende utdanning  • Du har god erfaring med organisasjonsutvikling og endringsledelse fra komplekse organisasjoner  • Du har gode kommunikasjonsegenskaper, skriftlig og muntlig på norsk.   • Du har erfaring med å lede og bidra i prosjekter eller prosesser  • Du er trygg i prosessledelse og metodebruk  • Det er en fordel om du har erfaring med digital transformasjon og smidige arbeidsformer  Personlige egenskaper​ • Gode samarbeidsevner, nysgjerrig på andre og god evne til å bygge tillit  • Du brenner for det du jobber med, og du tar initiativ og ansvar.    • Du kommuniserer godt skriftlig og muntlig på tvers av ulike nivåer og fagmiljøer i organisasjonen.    • Du har en pedagogisk tilnærming, og fremstår trygg og tydelig.    • Du jobber godt både i team og på egen hånd, og du bygger nettverk for å oppnå resultater.    Vi tilbyr​ • Stilling som seniorrådgiver i kode 1364 med lønn fra kr. 850 000 – 950.000. This is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in testing while coordinating quality assurance activities across teams and disciplines. Test Execution • Create and organize comprehensive test cases. • Perform functional testing. • Conduct system testing. • Coordinate performance testing initiatives. • Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects. Test Data and Environments • Prepare and maintain test data. • Verify and validate test environments. • Ensure appropriate testing prerequisites are in place, including laboratory responsibilities. Employment is subject to successful security clearance. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with test automation. • Experience testing hardware-based systems. • Experience with integrated security solutions or security platforms. You will work day-to-day alongside our data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to design test strategies that match the complexity of our systems.
