Vi søker en erfaren Testleder / QA Lead som skal etablere og videreutvikle test- og kvalitetsarbeidet på tvers av to sentrale digitale initiativer. Rollen har ansvar for å bygge en varig og skalerbar testkapabilitet gjennom etablering av teststrategi, forbedring av testprosesser, innføring av testautomatisering og integrering av kvalitet gjennom hele utviklingsløpet. Du vil samarbeide tett med utviklere, produkteiere og øvrige interessenter for å sikre stabile leveranser og høy kvalitet.

Kvalifikasjoner • Du har utdanning på mastergradsnivå innen HR, Organisasjonspsykologi eller lignende fagfelt.
