The mission of the Business Line Director, E-commerce is to lead and grow one of the company's largest revenue and profit streams: the global sales performance of the Ledger e-commerce website across all countries. THE MISSION: Key responsibilities include: * Strategic Leadership: Defining and executing the global e-commerce strategy, optimizing the user journey, and driving D2C growth for Ledger e-commerce across international markets. What you sell on the website is not just a device or a set of services, it is a full ecosystem that does result in hardware sales but not only. * Delivery of Revenue and Growth: Being ultimately accountable for the overall sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation of the Ledger e-commerce website globally. * Organizational Leadership: Operating with a General Manager mindset, leading the business through extensive cross-functional collaboration. Acting as the central orchestrator between marketing, performance marketing, product, tech, and data teams. * Commercial Management: You will directly manage the team in charge of developing Ledger’s affiliate network around the planet. In this role, you'll drive Ledger's market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing our product benefits, and building strong partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Relationship Management: Foster, grow, and optimize relationships with our top tier global affiliate partners (creators, key opinion leaders, and bloggers) to drive wallet sales and app installs. * Active Recruitment: Conduct targeted cold outreach and scale the affiliate network by onboarding partners aligned with Ledger’s self-custody vision. * End-to-End Project Management: Coordinate the creation and delivery of dedicated marketing assets (custom landing pages, banners, CRM integration) by collaborating closely with internal Creative, CRM, Tech, and Project Management teams. * Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with key internal experts and stakeholders to organize co-branded events, webinars, and partner education programs. * Performance & Reporting: Closely monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics. The Team Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards (London-based) and the Compensation & Benefits Expert (Paris-based), this role offers a unique combination of business-as-usual (BAU) operational and process management along with high-impact strategic project and analytical work. What You’ll Be Doing: Pay Equity Analytics * Pay Equity Modeling: Own the quantitative data preparation, variance testing, and baseline modeling for internal pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis. * EU Directive Alignment: Actively support the team’s preparations for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive by leveraging statistical analysis to identify and report on compensation trends across employee cohorts. Equity Platform Dashboards & Maintenance * Grant List Creation & Validation: Prepare, audit, and validate equity grant lists, ensuring absolute accuracy before final approvals. Partner directly with HR Ops and Legal teams to deliver clean, compliant data for new equity grants. * Equity Tracking: Explore the creation of analytical dashboards/trackers to monitor global equity distribution, vesting schedules, and dilution tracking (e.g., BSPCE, Stock Options). C&B Operations * Annual Review Support: Help run the operational backbone of our annual compensation review cycles (merit, performance, bonus) by managing data templates, tracking timelines, and coordinating with HRBPs. * Survey Submissions & Benchmarking: Coordinate and execute global compensation and benefits survey submissions, ensuring clean data mapping, and perform basic market benchmarking to support pay positioning decisions. * Patent Premiums Administration: Operationalize and administer our global patent/invention premiums, partnering closely with the Intellectual Property (IP) and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution. * Workday Data Maintenance: Own the quarterly data upload process in Workday, ensuring all miscellaneous payroll bonus data is accurately tracked and updated on time. What We’re Looking For * Education: Pursuing a Master’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Econometrics). * Advanced Mathematical Analytics: High mathematical baseline with strong capabilities in statistical modeling, variance tracking, and processing complex datasets.
