Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare
works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop
treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of
willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and
care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies
of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across
France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
At Alan, we split the French market in several business segments, each of them corresponding to a category of clients (whether by
size, or industry).
The role of a Business Segment Lead is to reach market leadership in their given segment. To succeed, you will have to (1)
articulate a vision for your segment, (2) define priorities and resources to deliver, and (3) make strategic decisions for your
segment based on market insights.
The Business Segment Lead role is made for transversal influence as we operate based on distributed ownership. You will work
closely with all teams involved in the success of your segment (Product, Insurance, Sales, Marketing). You will also collaborate
with other segment leaders to build-up knowledge, share best practices, and create alignment around a long-term value plan.
(sizing) and the qualitative side (customers’ pain points and needs).
is the best product offering to become leader in this segment?
will require you to adapt and innovate when it comes to distribution channels, sub-segments, and partners management.
case for internal resources allocation based on your P&L.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
to support your team mates and learn from them
For this role, we are looking to hire within the E-F level range.
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided
with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.

That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ THE REVENUE OPERATIONS JOB Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership. You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost. Why is this role interesting? * High-impact scope: You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers. * Real ownership: You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery. * Builder's playground: You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale. * Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate. What will you do with us? You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works. You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks. ⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR? You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you: * Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness); * Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives without hand-holding; * Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on; * Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating; * Have solid SQL queries reading skills. Being able to write and own queries autonomously is a nice to have. * Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows * Have direct hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Outreach (not just awareness or admin-level use) * Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Have full working proficiency in French and at least an advanced level in English. * Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona. For this role we are looking to hire within the C0-D level range. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM. 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: * Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. * Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona. * All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. * Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish. * Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only). * Transport. Generous transit benefit * Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. * Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture. * Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. SUMMARY 🤝 You are a hands-on GTM builder, passionate about customers, efficiency, and craft 📈 You’ll drive Jitter’s growth on the mid-market segment ($2–25k ACV), building a streamlined GTM engine that converts larger teams and expands accounts with low friction 🎯 You’ll be the first GTM hire, working directly with the CEO 📍 Based in Paris (in-person) – Relocation support available 🇬🇧 International team, English-speaking 💰 100-120k€ + equity (BSPCE) – Flexible for exceptional candidates 💫 WHO WE ARE Jitter is a fast, simple, and collaborative motion design tool on the web. We help designers create engaging animated content for marketing videos, brand, apps and websites — and collaborate easily with teammates, clients, and stakeholders. Think “Figma for motion design.” With over 20,000 creative teams already using Jitter worldwide and and a clear shift from individual usage to team-wide adoption, our next chapter is ambitious: to make motion a foundational layer of every design stack, and become the content production platform that companies rely on to create, adapt, and ship content at scale, across all formats and platforms. ✨ Our mission. Make motion design accessible to all designers and creative teams. 🔭 Our ambition. Become the leading platform to create animated content at scale. 👋 WHO YOU ARE You are a hands-on GTM builder with a strong product mindset and a high bar for craft. You enjoy cracking messy GTM problems, rolling up your sleeves to run deals yourself, and then turning what works into systems that scale. You’re driven by efficiency, leverage, and quality, and you care deeply about how creative teams experience the tools they use. You’ll thrive here if: * You have 5+ years of experience across GTM, revenue, or growth in B2B SaaS, with ownership of real outcomes end to end * You’ve built or operated low-touch or hybrid GTM motions before (PLG, product-assisted sales, mid-market) * You believe great GTM reduces the need for sales by default (fewer calls, demos, manual steps), but you are happy to step in yourself when it clearly pushes a deal forward * You’re a builder at heart: resourceful, action-driven, and comfortable creating your own tools, workflows, and experiments (often with AI) * You’re obsessed with efficiency and leverage, constantly simplifying, automating, or removing what doesn’t work * You’re opinionated and data-driven: you track the right metrics, test quickly, and adjust based on what actually moves conversion and expansion * You care deeply about craft and quality, especially when working with designers and creative teams * You are fluent in English Strong bonus if (not required) * Experience selling to or working with designers, creative teams, agencies, or studios * Firsthand exposure to design-led companies or tools (e.g. early GTM at Figma, Notion, Framer, Linear, Canva, Attio, Clay) * Background in business development or partnerships at a design studio or creative agency Not a fit if * You’re only comfortable with classic enterprise sales and long procurement cycles * You expect a large sales team, mature processes, or a narrow execution role * You prefer managing over building in the early phase 💥 YOUR MISSION You’ll be the first GTM team member and help us shape our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, your mission is to build and own a state-of-the-art mid-market GTM system that converts $2–25k ACV teams and grows them over time, with minimal manual sales work. * Generate and convert team deals from inbound, the existing user base (product signals, usage patterns), and targeted outbound (e.g. studios and creative teams) * Make these deals fast, profitable, and repeatable – without building a heavy sales org * Set teams up for long-term retention and expansion * Lay foundations for future enterprise GTM ($75k+), without running it yet * Grow and structure the GTM team within 6–9 months Target: bringing the mid-market segment to $3M ARR in 1 year. 👩💻 WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY * Deeply understand how teams discover, try, buy, and expand Jitter. Identify where deals slow down or fall apart across demos, trials, onboarding, pricing, and procurement * Own $2–25k ACV deals, from first contact to multi-seat agreement. Jump in when it helps a team succeed, use every deal to simplify the path from “knowing Jitter” to “paying as a team” * Grow demand beyond inbound by expanding teams already in the product based on usage signals, and reaching out to studios and teams who should collaborate on Jitter but don’t yet * Streamline the GTM motion by replacing one-off sales work with reusable flows, materials, and AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort without lowering the bar * Track volume, conversion, and expansion to understand what’s working and make results repeatable and predictable * Define when to add the first GTM hires (GTM Engineer, RevOps, CS, AEs). Hire, onboard, and lead that team to keep scaling the mid-market segment 👀 WHY JOIN US You’ll be joining a fast-moving, experimental environment where it’s safe to try, fail, learn, and build again. We’re a small, ambitious, and kind team with a high talent density across disciplines, operating with the focus and output of a 40+ person company. Our team brings strong creative convictions and deep experience from world-class institutions like Apple, Google, GoPro, Slack, Y Combinator, Stanford, Polytechnique, École Centrale, and more. Everyone at Jitter has real ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to shape how they work, what they build, and how they grow. We’re looking for people who care deeply about what they build, bring intensity and purpose to their work, and feel genuinely connected to the mission. That level of care is how we aim to build something lasting — not just a great tool, but a creative platform designers will rely on for years. MORE SPECIFICALLY: * Join at a defining moment. Jitter has strong product-market fit, a fast-growing base of creative teams (>15% MoM growth on team ARR), and increasing demand from agencies and mid-market companies. The raw material is here, the system needs to be built * Own a critical growth lever. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to define how Jitter converts and expands teams. This is a key part of the company’s next growth phase * Design a state-of-the-art GTM model. You’ll have the freedom to rethink how mid-market GTM should work today: low-touch by default, product- and AI-powered, with human effort used deliberately * Grow with the company. As Jitter scales, your role will evolve too. If you want to expand your scope, build a larger team, or step into a more strategic leadership role, we’ll support that growth with trust, autonomy, and long-term perspective. * Work from our new flagship 500m² flagship studio in the heart of Le Marais, a design-driven space to collaborate closely with the team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and where we also host events and welcome the global creative community 🙌 WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CULTURE We are building a stellar team of humble, inspiring, creative smart folks who enjoy building world-class products, learning, and growing together. Here are some soft skills we’re excited about: ✨ Excellence. You love building great products and you deeply care about the quality of your work. You always go the extra mile. ⚡ Energy. You love to be inspired, and inspire others to help them grow. 🧭 Ownership. You are a self-starter who gets things done. You focus on the most impactful initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit. Diversity and inclusion are core to our culture. If you are a member of an underrepresented group in tech, we strongly encourage you to apply. 🔖 PERKS AND BENEFITS We offer best-in-class benefits: * Base salary: 100-120k€ – we can go higher for exceptional candidates * Employee-friendly stock options / BSPCE (extended exercise window) * Relocation package (if needed) * 5 weeks of paid vacation * Health insurance (for you and your family) * Parental leave * Office setup of your choice * Regular team events and offsites * High-impact work where your voice truly matters ⚙️ HIRING PROCESS It's a straightforward process: 1.
