About Prelude
Prelude is redefining how companies authenticate and onboard users - turning what's traditionally a cost center into a growth
lever.
Our flagship product lets businesses send OTP codes with the best price-to-conversion ratio on the market, dynamically selecting
the most effective channel in real time (optimized SMS, WhatsApp, and more) while actively blocking spam and fraud that legacy
providers miss.
Founded in 2022 by former Zenly team members who lived the pain of broken SMS authentication firsthand, we're already serving
fast-growing companies across Europe and are expanding into the US.
But authentication is only the starting point - we're building the platform for trust at scale, with an ambitious roadmap of
market-defining products ahead.
Why join us
Today, we're a team of 60 and growing, based in Paris, building products that power secure and high-performance user onboarding
for companies across the world. We believe small, highly skilled teams outperform large, fragmented organizations, and we are
intentional about staying focused on impact, quality, and speed.
We operate with a flat org structure and value in-person collaboration, which helps ideas move faster, decisions stay grounded,
and teams take full ownership of what they build.
Our values
We care deeply about our customers, our teammates, and the quality and reliability of what we ship.
We move fast, test in the real world, and iterate quickly rather than over-optimizing in theory.
We take responsibility end to end, from identifying problems to delivering outcomes and learning from results.
About the role
We’re hiring our first dedicated Brand Marketer - there’s no playbook yet, and as the first hire in this position you'll be the
one writing it! You’ll own how Prelude presents itself to the world - brand voice, social presence, content, events, PR - all of
the work that turns curious developers and founders into customers. You'll also represent the company externally across different
audiences.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy, working directly with the founders and partnering closely with engineering,
design, and sales. This position reports into our co-founder and CEO, Matias, and works closely with our Marketing Manager - who
will own performance marketing and SEO.

WHO WE ARE Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents. Backed by over $55 million from top-tier investors like Sequoia Capital, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners. YOUR MISSION You’ll be the go-to recruiter for all things Go-To-Market (Marketing, Product, Operations, CS etc..) , owning the full hiring lifecycle and driving the growth of our revenue teams across Europe. You’ll move fast, think strategically, and deliver results — around 25 hires per year, without ever compromising on quality. It is a rare opportunity to be a part of a Talent team reporting directly to the CEO , joining the Founding Talent Lead, among the first Talent Acquisition Managers as a permanent contract, in the team. You will work directly with the business leaders to shape the future of our organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles — Product Designer, Product Manager, Growth, Brand, Operations, Customer Care, and more. * Partner with Business Leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams. * Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent. * Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to make us the go-to destination for ambitious professionals. * Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion. * Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class. * Be a true business partner — not just a recruiter, but a growth enabler. WHAT YOU BRING * 2–6 years of experience hiring GTM profiles in fast-growing tech environments (scale-up / SaaS / startup). * Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality delivery (~25 strong hires/year). * Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing business profile — and how to close them. * Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language. * Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. * Fluency in English (especially written english) and French. * Energy, resilience, and a bias for action — you make things happen. BENEFITS THE FOLLOWING IS FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYEES ONLY. FOR OTHER CONTRACTS (INTERNS, APPRENTICES, FIXED-TERM..), PLEASE, CHECK WITH YOUR RECRUITER. * Competitive salary: You can run your own simulation with our salary calculator. * BSPCE (Stock Options): Available for everyone, with monthly vesting after year one, over a 4-year period. * Healthcare plan: Full coverage with Alan for team members, their partners, and children. * Office in Le Peletier, Paris (9th arrondissement): With flexible remote work options. * Swile meal card: €11 per worked day. * Swile mobility card: €42/month to support sustainable transportation (metro, carpooling, biking…). * Team events: Monthly Mixers to connect and share good times, and quarterly All Hands to celebrate wins across the company. OUR OPERATING PRINCIPLES 🏔️ Steep Mountains Are Steep: Setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them. 🌊 Ride Reality: Actively seeking challenges and thriving by adapting flexibly to changes. 🏀 Play for the Front of the Jersey: Prioritizing team success over individual recognition. APPLICATION & PROCESS We welcome applications from anyone, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or experience. Our team values authenticity and diverse perspectives. For all roles, our interview process emphasizes hands-on exercises, case studies, or discussions about specific examples of your previous work. We ensure objectives and expectations are clearly communicated at every step.
At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko. From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! This position is remote-friendly. 📱 OUR PRODUCT TEAM Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design and Business teams. Design at Joko has been a founding obsession. From day one, we've believed that a B2C product lives or dies on the quality of its experience, and we've held an unusually high bar on craft, motion, and detail across every surface of the app. As a Product Designer, you'll join a small team with a mature design system, a strong design culture, and a product that already reaches millions of users. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design on real product problems that ship to millions of users. You will report to our Head of Product Design and partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Brand Design to deliver experiences that meet Joko's craft bar across every surface — mobile, web, and extension. * Design world-class product experiences across surfaces: You will own flows, interaction design, and UI on our highest-impact product problems, across the mobile app, the web app, the desktop extension, and the mobile Safari extension. You will think across surfaces, not just within one of them. * Take projects from discovery to delivery: You will be involved at every step — talking to users, framing problems with PM and Engineering, exploring directions, prototyping, shipping, and iterating after launch. You will treat user research as part of your craft, not something that happens elsewhere. * Shape the design vision for Joko AI: Joko is actively rethinking the shopping experience around AI, including new interaction models that don't yet have established best practices. You will bring strong opinions to how a conversational, generative, and adaptive interface should feel, and prototype your way to answers no one else has yet. * Push the design system forward: You will use, evolve, and challenge our existing design system as a living product. You'll know when to ship within the system, when to extend it, and when to advocate for refactoring it. * Partner closely with Brand Design: Joko's brand and product experience need to feel like one thing, from the first ad a user sees to the cash back they receive in their account. You will work hand in hand with Brand to deliver a coherent 10/10 experience end to end. * Use AI to elevate your craft: You will deploy modern AI and design tools into your day-to-day workflow to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and iteration. You'll have opinions on what actually works and where human judgment still matters most. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally including time spent on B2C and on mobile-first products. * B2C mobile-first DNA: You instinctively understand the craft, the rhythm, and the stakes of designing for a consumer mobile audience. You don't need to be convinced that the details matter — pixel-level rigor, motion that feels right, copy that earns its place on the screen are non-negotiable to you. * Strong sense of craft: You have a portfolio that shows end-to-end product thinking, sharp interaction design, and genuine attention to detail. You'd rather ship one screen at a 10/10 than three at a 7/10. * End-to-end designer: You are equally at home framing the problem with PM and Engineering, running quick user conversations, exploring directions, and polishing the final UI. You don't wait to be handed a brief. * Hands-on with AI and modern design tools: You have real, recent experience using AI in your design workflow, with opinions formed from actual attempts (and actual failures). You are curious and experimental, not dogmatic. * Design systems mindset: You have worked within a design system before and understand it as a force multiplier — you know when to follow it, when to extend it, and when to push back. * Cross-functional collaborator: You have worked closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Brand or Marketing Designers. You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and make the people around you better. * Ownership and drive: You are autonomous, accountable, and bring energy to the work. You raise problems early and you're at your best in a small, ambitious team. * Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. French or Spanish is a plus. 💎 OUR PERKS (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through: * Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget. * Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year. On top of that, we offer plenty of perks: * 💸 Top-market compensation * 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build * 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills * 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings * 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription * 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent * …and much more, check the full list here! 🤝 OUR HIRING PROCESS 1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. 2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). 3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments * For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). * For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). 4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder. 5. References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers. ☕ You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.

You'll set the methodology every factory uses, hold the consolidated budget view, and be the senior owner of BPO relationships at a strategic and contractual level. This is a hands-on build-and-run role: you'll design the model and direct its rollout, under the guidance of Marie Piquemil, our Head of Operations Enablement. ➡️ What you'll do Design and own the capacity planning framework: You'll build the reference model — volume drivers, FTE requirements, BPO productive-hours — and set the forecasting cadence, templates, and definitions every factory's WFM analyst works from. Optimise the internal vs. BPO capacity mix: You'll build the system that determines the right balance of internal agents and BPO capacity to cover workload at the lowest sustainable cost and risk, across all factories. Own the global BPO budget view: You'll hold the actuals-vs-plan picture for exec reporting, interface with Finance on planning and reconciliation, and surface cross-factory cost inefficiencies invisible at the local level. Lead BPO relationships at a strategic level: You'll be the senior point of contact for BPO partners on capacity, contracts, and escalations — and define the invoice validation standard used across all factories. Enable and align factory-level WFM analysts: You'll set the standards and operating cadence for factory analysts through dotted-line governance, and run the monthly cross-factory alignment ritual covering forecast review, capacity risk, and invoice anomalies. ➡️ What we're looking for WFM leadership with BPO depth: You've got 5+ years in Workforce Management, with hands-on exposure to both BPO-managed and internal-agent capacity models. Methodology builder, not just operator: You've designed or significantly overhauled a capacity planning framework — you know what it takes to build one from scratch, not just run what's already there. BPO vendor ownership: You've managed outsourcing relationships at a contractual and strategic level — SLAs, invoicing, escalations — and held partners accountable to real standards. Influence-based leader: You're effective without direct authority — you set standards, coach local relays, and drive adoption across semi-autonomous teams who don't report to you. AI-curious: You look for ways to use AI to work faster and smarter, and you're ready to keep adapting as the role evolves with it. ➡️ What we can offer you A founding mandate in a brand-new, centralized operations function — you'll help shape how it works from day one. Direct line of sight into Qonto's banking license transition, raising the bar on operational rigor as the company scales. Real autonomy over a strategic mission with executive visibility into the outcome. A seat at the table as a genuine business partner to Finance and factory leadership, not just an operator. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Marie Piquemil, our Head of Operations Enablement. Her path? Marie spent five years as COO at Morning, then built and led an international CX operations team at Swile (7 people across France and Brazil, five post-merger integrations). Most recently as VP Operations at Combo, she ran RevOps, Enablement, and Data teams, drove a post-merger integration, and launched a new Payroll Business Unit from scratch. She's been an operator, a builder, and a manager of managers. What does she bring to the team? Marie has built exactly the kind of cross-functional operations infrastructure this role will strengthen. She'll give you the strategic context and the autonomy to own your projects — while staying close on the decisions that matter.
