We are looking for a Growth Strategy & Monetization Manager to join the Ad Monetization team. You will work directly on
revenue-critical topics, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and operational execution to improve performance
across millions of daily users. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or analytical background who wants to move from
advising to owning a € multi-hundred-million revenue engine.

The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market. ROLE * Manage ad monetization strategy across a variety of ad networks and demand partners * Design and operate AdOps processes for many games via major ad mediation platforms * Work with studios to improve the overall monetization strategy of our games, including iAP, subscription, etc. * Deeply analyze monetization performance against key metrics to identify areas for improvement * Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: test from A to Z, analyze results and leverage them * Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements, new user segmentation strategies, and optimize ad integrations to impact the LTV of users * Communicate with strategic partners & ad network contacts to build/maintain strong relationships * Liaise with our internal teams for tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needs PROFILE * At least 5 years experience in ad monetization, within a top studio * Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills * Ability to develop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges * Advanced knowledge of Excel * Experience in statistical analysis tools is an advantage * A hacker and creative mindset * Fluency in English ; French is a plus * Understanding of the mobile gaming competitive landscape and mobile ad tech ecosystem is a big plus BENEFITS * Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo * Swile Lunch voucher * Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) * Wellness activities in our Paris office * Flexible vacation policy * Remote days * Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)

ROLE As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles, acting as the Head of Marketing and strategic counterpart to the General Manager. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine (User Acquisition experts, Creative Production, internal tools) and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further. During the first 6 to 9 months, you will ramp up by building deep expertise in user acquisition, while acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist. * Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games. * Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building (not exhaustive). * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources. * Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities. PROFILE * Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole). * 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech environments). * Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. * Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing. * Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English and French.
