Grâce à notre expérience du Lean et de la tech, combinées à notre connaissance de la santé, nous concevons et développons des dispositifs médicaux numériques qui s'intègrent dans le parcours de soins des patients (thérapies digitales - DTx, essais cliniques virtualisés, parcours de soins digitalisés). Notre but est de réaliser des produits qui changent la vie de leurs utilisateurs, qu'ils soient soignants ou patients.  Ton équipe : Chez Theodo, les techs travaillent en équipes projet, constituées en fonction des besoins de chaque client. Tu feras partie d’une équipe de Theodoers à taille humaine (4 à 5 personnes), réunissant Software Engineers, Tech Lead et Product Manager. Ensemble, vous collaborerez étroitement avec le client, avec des échanges réguliers pour partager vos avancées, approfondir la compréhension de son problème et faire évoluer le produit au plus près des besoins de ses utilisateurs.   Tes missions : En tant que Senior Software Engineer, ton rôle sera de concevoir et développer des applications web/mobile certifiées "dispositif médical". Coder rapidement sans bug, en t’appuyant sur des assistants coding (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf). Concevoir les fonctionnalités, aussi bien en étant force de proposition sur le produit mais aussi en identifiant les meilleures stratégies techniques, tout en adoptant nos pratiques de delivery tournées autour du Lean. Tu es membre d'une équipe de 1 à 3 ingénieur(e)s avec un(e) tech lead, un(e) product manager.L’objectif sera que tu puisses rapidement prendre un rôle de tech lead, une fois notre méthode bien assimilée pour transmettre tes connaissances à des développeurs.   Profil recherché :   Diplômé·e d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’une formation équivalente Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en développement  Capable de travailler dans des environnements Front & Back Passionné·e par le monde de la santé Tu es désireux d’évoluer dans un environnement start-up challengeant et bienveillant, qui encourage au quotidien l’envie de progresser, l’esprit d’équipe et la prise d’initiatives Tu as envie d’être formé aux méthodes de développement et de management Lean et Agile   Le processus de recrutement : Un premier call avec un membre de l'équipe de recrutement. We are part of the Platform domain, whose mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients. Why this role matters: With 80% of Doctolib's traffic coming from mobile, we're on a mission to bridge the gap between our Web and Mobile Design Systems. You'll be a key player in unifying the user experience across platforms. As a Frontend Platform team, we support and empower all other Doctolib Tech and Product teams to create Accessible and best-in-class user experience frontend applications. We achieve our mission by providing a web and mobile design system, by writing supporting tooling around it and the Accessibility topic, and guidance as Accessibility experts.
