⭐ Your Mission
As part of the tech team, you will contribute to Qonto’s success by creating the best IT environment and experience for all (1800+) employees, with a strong focus on office network reliability for our new office.
Reporting to Xavier, our Senior Lead IT, you will combine a hands-on support role (as the other IT Operations Specialists in the IT Team) with the ownership of the network management.
You will be involved in the new office network deployment and setup and then be responsible for running it day to day. You will be accountable for the network’s well-being: availability, performance, and security.
You will also support Qonto employees by solving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, etc.), managing user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, external employees follow-up), diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices, while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality.

He started at Qonto in 2022 to build a solid and international IT team and to support Qonto's teams growth in France, Germany, Spain, Serbia, and Italy. Previously, he had several experiences in project management, customer support and team management in companies such as SFR, eBay and Apple. Before joining Qonto, he built the IT tools and process automation to support My Little Paris rapid growth.

Au-delà du support et de la maintenance, vous contribuez activement à la sécurisation et au durcissement de notre infrastructure IT : serveurs, postes de travail, réseau et services cloud. Vous utilisez l’anglais dans votre activité professionnelle au quotidien et vous participez à l’opération, à la sécurisation et au développement de notre infrastructure, en France et à l’international. 🗒️ Missions 1. Assistance informatique • Qualifier les demandes des utilisateurs en français ou en anglais. • Fournir une assistance de niveau 1 et 2 (selon les périmètres maîtrisés) par téléphone, visio ou en personne pour résoudre les problèmes logiciels et matériels. • Communiquer régulièrement sur le nombre et la qualité des actions de support. 2. Centralisation et sécurisation du parc des stations de travail • Centraliser les achats et les stocks hardware, d'abord en France puis à l'échelle monde. • Réaliser l'inventaire mensuel du parc informatique monde. • Centraliser et automatiser la préparation et la remise en service des stations de travail à l'échelle monde. • Déployer et exploiter les solutions RMM/MDM (suivi de parc, sécurité standard, installation de logiciels à distance). 3. Administration des postes de travail et des systèmes • Configurer et maintenir localement et à distance les postes de travail et serveurs. • Administrer une partie des systèmes : • Microsoft Active Directory • Serveurs Windows et applicatifs associés • Serveurs Synology (NAS) • Softphonie SFR • Firewalls, switchs et routeurs 4. Cybersécurité et sécurisation de l’infrastructure • Sécuriser et durcir les serveurs (Windows, Linux, applicatifs associés et NAS Synology) : gestion des comptes et des droits, mises à jour, sauvegardes et bonnes pratiques de hardening. • Assurer la maintenance et la configuration des firewalls et des routeurs : gestion des règles de filtrage, des flux et des accès, supervision et mise à jour des équipements. • S’assurer de la sécurisation des postes de travail : durcissement, chiffrement, gestion des correctifs et des mises à jour, conformité et contrôle du parc. • Analyser les logs et les alertes via les solutions EDR HarfangLab et WithSecure : détection, qualification, traitement et remédiation des incidents de sécurité. • Contribuer à la cybersécurité des environnements Google Workspace et Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : gestion des identités et des accès, paramétrage de sécurité et conformité — périmètre à développer. • Participer à la supervision de la sécurité du système d’information et au suivi des vulnérabilités, en lien avec la politique de sécurité du groupe. About the Role Tarsier Studios is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our team in Malmö. In this role, you will take ownership of our local IT environment, ensuring that everything from developer tooling to office IT runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with developers, external partners, and our parent company (THQ), supporting a hybrid setup where some infrastructure is managed externally while you own the on-site experience. This is a hands-on, broad role where no two days are the same, combining user support, infrastructure, and continuous improvement.
