Our mission and customers: We are creating the freedom for SMEs to succeed by delivering Europe's leading finance workspace with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools. We are proud to be rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, based on 55,000+ reviews. Our culture puts customer satisfaction at the core of what we do, as proven by our Net Promoter Score of 75 (more about our culture here). Our journey: Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000+ customers across 8 European countries. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started. Our beliefs: We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, of which 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity isn't a program; It's who we are. We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because the best teams are built on merit. AI at Qonto: AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as an FP&A Manager to own financial performance across Qonto's Product, Tech, and Ops departments, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and optimize how we allocate resources across the business. You will report to Emmanuel Le Feuvre, our Lead FP&A Central Functions. This is a high-ownership role at the center of a team actively building new financial tools that are reshaping how FP&A works at Qonto. ➡️ What you'll do Be the financial partner to Product, Tech, and Ops leaders: you are the primary counterpart to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, questioning where money goes, and pushing teams to sharper decisions. This is the core of the role. Turn analysis into decisions: own the financial view of your scope and translate it into a clear recommendation, not just a report. Support the strategic initiatives of your business partners through the year. The output is a better decision, not a cleaner number. Automate the rest: reporting, dashboards, and forecasting cadences are moving to AI agents and internal tooling. You will lead deploying those for your scope, so your time goes to partnering and judgment rather than manual production. Cross-functional coordination: Manage multiple concurrent work streams across different departments, with full accountability for delivery — no hand-holding, no waiting for direction. ➡️ What we're looking for FP&A or controlling depth: 5–7 years in FP&A or finance consulting — ideally in SaaS, tech, or fintech. Business partner mindset: You influence decisions, not just inform them. You know how to push back on a stakeholder. Project ownership from zero: You've built processes or owned projects from scratch without a template to follow. Financial modeling and data fluency: You are comfortable building financial models that non-finance stakeholders can use. You are mastering Gsheet/Excel with Code, SQL or BI as a plus. Clear, structured communication: You can translate complex financial analysis into a sharp analysis for a senior audience — and you know the difference between useful insight and noise. ➡️ What we can offer you Front-row seat to Qonto's growth: You'll work directly with leaders across Product, Tech, and Ops, giving you visibility into strategic decision-making at a company scaling across European markets. A team building, not maintaining: You'll join Emmanuel's team at a moment when new AI agent tools and internal systems are actively being deployed. You'll shape how FP&A works at Qonto going forward, not inherit how it worked before. Ownership from day one: You'll take projects from conception to completion with real autonomy — no unnecessary layers of sign-off slowing you down. Paris-based team with strong HM proximity: The team is Paris-based, which means face-to-face collaboration on the projects that require it and a short feedback loop with Emmanuel. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Emmanuel Le Feuvre, our Lead FP&A Central Function His background? Emmanuel started his finance career at AXA Partners US before moving to Wakam, where he built strong expertise in financial planning and OPEX management. What does he bring to the team? Emmanuel is known for turning financial data into strategic insight, not just reporting. Working with him means getting genuine exposure to how financial analysis shapes organizational decisions — and being pushed to do the same.
What is Finary? Our mission is to change how money can work for you. We're building the one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn, giving power back to investors. Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and we've since crossed 1,000,000 users. We ship cutting-edge products with touches of delight, and we care deeply about experience, performance, and ease of use. Why now? A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious and involved. Money is no longer taboo, and the pension system is under tremendous pressure. We see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they've always dreamt of. To fuel that, we raised a €25M Series B in September 2025, backed by PayPal Ventures, Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside world-class founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman), and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise). And in July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of our Investment Firm license: Finary is now one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on a single regulated platform, at the exact moment Europe consolidates around licensed players. There's never been a more exciting time to join. What we offer We hire people who lift the team's ceiling: A-players who are as kind as they are demanding. We move fast, aim high, and treat ownership as the default. Our culture is direct, transparent, and built on radical candor. We challenge each other openly, then commit. It's demanding and not for everyone, but if you want to raise the bar every day alongside equally driven teammates, this is the place. And we don't hedge on this. We believe AI fluency is the single most important skill of the next decade, and it's a real bar here, not a buzzword. Everyone at Finary has rebuilt how they work around AI. It's the first reflex, not a side experiment. If reaching for AI before you reach for the old way isn't already second nature, this won't be the right fit. If it is, you'll be surrounded by people pushing that frontier every day. Read more about our values here. What you can expect * A high-performing team: work with A-players across every discipline, in an environment that challenges you and helps you grow fast. * Ownership from day one: freedom, responsibility, and trust. We hire for talent and get out of the way. * Impact that matters: build a product that helps people take control of their financial future. * A hybrid setup: teammates across France and Europe, meeting in person in Paris six times a year. * Competitive compensation: a package aligned with your experience and impact. What we don't care about * Your degree or your school. We care about what you bring to the team. * Ping pong tables, free laundry, or trendy perks. We focus on what truly matters. THE OPPORTUNITY Finary is the leading personal finance app in France: over one million investors across Europe track their wealth with us, and we're expanding into regulated investment products. We just closed a €25M Series B and doubled ARR. Our numbers now need a senior owner: someone who builds the models, not just reports them, and turns financial clarity into faster decisions. This is the most senior finance seat at Finary today, where your craft directly shapes how the company allocates capital and where it grows next. You'll report to the CEO and own the entire FP&A agenda. You are the hands-on builder of our budget, forecast and unit economics, and you'll lay the foundations of the finance function as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the budget and rolling reforecast : a single driver-based 3-statement model you build yourself and can flex live in a meeting. * Set the company's finance cadence : own the monthly close-to-report cycle, the 13-week cash flow and a lean PDCA rhythm that becomes the standard. * Build the unit-economics and cohort instrumentation : CAC, LTV, payback and contribution margin by product, in a dashboard squads and business leads open weekly. * Partner across the company : be the "difficult questions" partner to the Head of Product, PMs, GMs and business leads, bringing cash discipline and ending debates with data. * Lay the foundations : define the tooling, methodology and future hiring plan for finance as it scales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Hands-on modeler : you've personally built a driver-based 3-statement model and a budget/reforecast, not via a team. * Lead seat : you've been the lead or most senior FP&A person in an org, owning the full agenda and cadence. * DRI ownership : you've owned FP&A end to end through full cycles (close, leadership reporting) with the deadline on your shoulders. * Unit-economics fluency : you've built CAC / LTV / payback for a subscription or multi-product business and used it to change a decision. * Leadership exposure : you've reported into or partnered directly with company leadership and cross-functional leads (Product, GMs). * Data-native : clean, auditable models, and comfortable pulling your own data (SQL / BigQuery a strong plus). * AI builder : you already ship AI-assisted finance workflows others use. NICE TO HAVE * Regulated fintech or payment-institution exposure (capital adequacy, liquidity, MIFID / MiCA reporting concepts). * Modern finance/data stack (dbt, Looker, Pigment). * Built a fundraising or due-diligence data room. * Early finance hiring or function-building experience. WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary: €80K - €90K + meaningful equity * Top-of-the-line tooling : MacBook Pro, and every AI subscription you nee. * Paris or fully remote across Europe, with a full-company onsite in Paris every six to eight weeks (travel and accommodation covered). * Health coverage : Alan in France, international equivalents elsewhere. * Learning budget : books, courses, conferences. And a product you'll actually use. HOW TO APPLY? Tell us why you want to join Finary. Share with us what excites you about our mission and how you will contribute. Make your first impression count.
