We're looking for an Employee Experience & Enablement Manager who will own, animate, and continuously design the end-to-end onboarding experience at Pigment as well as our internal learning programs.
This role sits at the intersection of program management, learning design, and employee experience. You'll maintain a structured, welcoming, and high-impact onboarding journey that helps new hires ramp quickly while feeling genuinely excited to be here. This role will also expand into broader employee enablement and learning programs, supporting the People Experience Lead, and shaping how Pigment develops talent internally, including French regulatory training obligations.

Your primary goal is to contribute to Qonto's success by delivering an exceptional employee experience to all our Qonto team members. As a member of the People Operations France team, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day HR matters of our Qonto team members in France, working closely with Anouck, Lucie, Ambre, and Magali. Your role involves managing HR-related matters and becoming a strong partner for the entire team by: Being the main point of contact for a specific scope, addressing daily queries from Qontoers, managers, and providers. Serving as the reference person for HR-related topics, including Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Legal, HR policies and processes, HRIS, and more. Please note that this opportunity is not available for full remote work. According to our remote policy, you can work remotely for up to 2 days a week, but we expect you to be on-site in Paris for at least 3 days a week. 👩💻🧑💻 As a People Operations Manager at Qonto, you will: Daily Operations: As the primary point of contact for Qonto employees and managers, your role is to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding process for employees. You will also address day-to-day HR queries, ensuring compliance with HR rules and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate people data in various HR systems (Workday). HR Policies and Processes: Within the People team, you will serve as the go-to expert for human resources policies, procedures, and contracts. Your role will also involve participating in the creation of standardised HR practices across different offices, including those in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Serbia. HR projects: Your contribution to the People team will involve enhancing our working methods and HR policies to provide an exceptional employee experience. This may include implementing parenthood policies or supporting our HRIS improvement, and overseeing HR cycles, such as Progress reviews. Payroll and data: While you won't have direct responsibility for payroll processing, you will be in charge of data compliance within your specific scope. This entails preparing payroll inputs for your designated population. Championship on any HR lifecycle topics of employees by partnering with an amazing team and being a referent on your perimeter Experience in designing and implementing HR policies in a scale-up Hands-on in the digitalization of HR/launching tools in a FinTech Company Agility or how to adapt constantly to scale in HR whilst keeping a high-quality level of HR standards! 🤝 About your future manager Your manager will be Julia Lecointe, Head of People Operations. Her path? Julia brings a solid background of over a decade in risk management, internal control, and compliance. She joined Qonto in 2021 and successfully grew through the ranks in the Internal Control team before stepping into her current role leading People Operations and Payroll in June 2025. What she can bring to the team? Julia has a deep understanding of our culture and business operations. Her extensive background in setting up rigorous compliance frameworks and managing operational risks means she is exceptionally skilled at building and optimizing complex processes. She brings a highly structured, reliable approach to scaling our people operations and ensuring a seamless payroll experience for the entire team. 🏅 About You Experience: You have 6+ years of experience as a People Operations, HR specialist or a similar HR generalist role. Mastery: You have a good knowledge of HR & legal topics. You are hands-on, able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate and really rigorous with everything you do. Teamwork: You are able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust. Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.

You will work closely with Olivia (Knowledge & Learning Lead) and partner with managers and internal experts across Qonto to deliver impactful learning experiences, quickly and with a high bar. ➡️ What you’ll do Build learning content in Sana that reflects Qonto's culture, addresses real pain points observed on the ground, and anticipates future capability needs. Facilitate workshops and learning sessions, including Manager Academy modules, adapting formats to what Qontoers actually need. Coach Qontoers using Lean principles as a framework — because at Qonto, L&D is how culture gets operationalised. You'll coach by embodying and transmitting the ways of working that define us: continuous improvement, problem-solving at the source, and learning from the field. A big plus if you're familiar with Lean Methodology — you'll use Lean principles as a coaching framework to help Qontoers embody Qonto's culture and ways of working, not just acquire new skills. About your future manager You will report to Olivia, who has been at Qonto for 4 years and has seen the company grow from ~500 to ~1,700 Qontoers. Olivia started in Onboarding and progressively expanded her scope across L&D, Knowledge Management and DEI. ABOUT THE JOB Join Flatpay France to launch and structure the L&D function. Dual reporting line to the Head of People France and the Head of Coaching & Leadership (Denmark). Near blank page: you design the programs and drive the development dynamic of our leaders and managers in a sales-driven, hypergrowth organization WHAT YOU'LL DO Build the L&D strategy and framework for Flatpay France * Build the France L&D roadmap from A to Z, with a priority focus on leadership and management development, from first-time managers to regional leaders * Define the standards, learning journeys and rituals adapted to a fast-scaling commercial organization * Align your approach with the Head of Coaching & Leadership in Denmark and your L&D peers across other Flatpay countries Design and deliver high-impact training programs * Design leadership development programs covering management fundamentals, difficult conversations, performance coaching and leadership posture * Facilitate workshops and high-value sessions with a concrete, business-first approach grounded in the realities of a sales-driven scale-up * Continuously iterate on content based on feedback, outcomes and field performance indicators Bring pedagogical expertise and equip the function * Select and deploy the most effective learning tools, platforms and formats (in-person, digital, blended, micro-learning) * Build the materials, playbooks and references that make Flatpay France an organization where skill-building is structured and accessible * Measure the effectiveness of programs (KPIs, training ROI, capability growth) and challenge anything that doesn't create value Steer delivery with 2 HRBPs as field relays * Rely on the 2 HRBPs to calibrate real needs, identify managerial gaps and prioritize interventions * Co-build the operational deployment of programs with them and ensure consistency of leadership standards * Report to the France ExCom and the Head of Coaching & Leadership with actionable insights on managerial capability and development priorities WHO YOU ARE * You have 3 to 5 years of experience in L&D with a strong focus on leadership development, ideally in a scale-up, fintech, sales-driven or tech environment, and you've already built programs from scratch * You master end-to-end instructional design: program design, workshop facilitation, tool selection, effectiveness measurement and iteration * You're a builder at heart, pragmatic and business-first: you love blank pages, you know how to influence without direct line authority, and you thrive in the ambiguity of a hypergrowth organization, with ease operating across a dual local/group reporting line * Fluent French & English is mandatory (C1 minimum, written and spoken) as it is the working language across the group; * Prior exposure to people partnering, sales/commercial environments, or enablement and training analytics platforms is a real plus
