Au sein de l'équipe R&PD (Research & Product Development), la team Platform Engineering conçoit et opère les infrastructures, les outillages et les services socles qui permettent à nos produits Data & IA de fonctionner de façon fiable, scalable et sécurisée.
Au carrefour du Cloud Engineering, du DevOps, de la sécurité et de l'expérience développeur, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie de nos applications : de la conception des infrastructures à leur exploitation en production, en passant par l'automatisation, la supervision et l'amélioration continue.
Nous recherchons un·e Platform Engineer senior pour prendre un rôle moteur dans l'évolution de notre plateforme. Vous apporterez votre expertise pour concevoir des architectures robustes, définir les standards techniques et accompagner la montée en compétence de l'équipe.

Expert·e en Cloud Engineering, DevOps & IAM, vous deviendrez un·e référent·e technique au sein de l'équipe Platform Engineering. Kraken technologies Kraken Technologies is a company within Octopus Energy Group who are licensing the Kraken platform and operating model to clients across the world. Current clients are both the Octopus Energy retails businesses around the world as well as external clients such as Good Energy, Origin, EDF, E.ON & Queensland Energy - with many more expected to join over the next few years! Our team All technology is written and maintained by a multi-discipline engineering team of around 450 people globally. This includes server-side, client-side and mobile engineers working closely with UX experts, copywriters and designers. We follow a Kanban-like approach, using Google docs and Asana to specify and manage work; Github, CircleCI and Terraform Enterprise as part of an immutable-infrastructure, continuous delivery pipeline; and Loggly, Sentry and Cloudwatch to measure performance and monitor production. Some of our coding conventions are open-source. Octopus is a great place to learn, work with some talented engineers and level-up your skills. Our technology On the server-side, we mainly use Python. Most of our websites are powered by Django and the Django-REST-framework. We also use Pandas, Numpy and Jupyter for analysis and forecasting, plus Celery, RabbitMQ, SQS and Airflow for background processing. We use AWS heavily, employing most of the "Hashistack" (eg Packer, Consul, Terraform) as part of a continuous deployment pipeline. See, for example, Django, ELB health checks and continuous delivery. YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join the Panda Team (Data & ML Operations) in Data & AI Platform team. Your mission will be to build and maintain secure ML pipelines in production, transforming how we handle healthcare data at scale. You will work in a feature team developing critical data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making while protecting patient privacy across millions of users. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Design and implement end-to-end ML model pipelines in production (LLM and custom models) with robust deployment, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks * Own data pseudo-anonymization architecture within ingestion services, converting Tier 0 (personal identifiers) to Tier 1 (anonymized data) while ensuring data quality and model performance * Build and maintain secure data export services with ML-based threat detection to prevent attack vectors (SQL injection, etc.) using adaptive models rather than manual rules * Manage golden datasets and implement production model evaluation frameworks to ensure anonymization quality and system reliability * Build and maintain data pipelines that efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources, handling multiple data formats (text, images, audio, video) * Implement automation and orchestration tools using ML orchestration platforms (MLflow, Braintrust, or similar) to streamline infrastructure provisioning and reduce manual effort * Monitor data and ML platforms for performance, reliability, and security; identify and troubleshoot issues proactively * Mentor team members on MLOps expertise and best practices to reduce knowledge silos and build organizational capability LIFE AT DOCTOLIB TECH * Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements. * Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native. * We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals. You will drive platform strategy, architecture, and execution to help engineers ship faster, safer, and with higher quality. A key part of your role will be to actively collect needs and best practices from engineering teams, turning those insights into relevant, well-grounded platform solutions. You will set engineering standards along with senior engineers from the whole company, mentor peers, and bridge platform engineering with AI and cybersecurity. Responsibilities * Platform Engineering - Architect and evolve the IDP, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Own the long-term technical vision, define platform standards (IaC, GitOps), and select best-in-class tooling across build, deployment, monitoring, and security. * Developer Experience - Proactively identify and eliminate friction across the software lifecycle. Track DX metrics (DORA, SPACE) and use data to prioritize platform investments. Be the internal advocate for developers. * AI-Augmented Platform - Integrate AI capabilities into the platform (intelligent code review, anomaly detection, smart test generation). Evaluate and operationalize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM-based assistants) and explore agentic automation to reduce developer toil. * Security & Compliance - Embed security-by-design into every platform layer: secure CI/CD (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning), supply chain integrity (SLSA, SBOM), and least-privilege access.
