La practice AI Build accompagne les entreprises de tous secteurs dans la conception et le développement d’applications web sur-mesure. Habitués à intervenir au sein d’écosystèmes IT existants, nous intégrons nos solutions avec des outils imposés - ERP, CRM, plateformes métiers complexes - et savons nous intégrer efficacement dans les systèmes développés par nos clients.
Ton équipe
Tu manages une équipe de Lead Product Managers (LPM) et de Product Managers (PM) répartis sur différents projets. Tu es responsable de leur carrière, de leur progression et de la réussite de leur delivery.
Tu rejoins l’équipe des Group PM, avec qui tu partages un weekly dédié pour avancer ensemble sur le management, la structuration de la practice et le développement des talents.
Tes futures missions
En tant que Program Director, tu portes deux responsabilités complémentaires : faire grandir tes PM/LPM et garantir la réussite de leur delivery.
Accompagner tes PM/LPM sur leurs projets : suivre leur delivery, les aider à débloquer les situations, leur donner des retours réguliers et exigeants dans une logique de progression.
Être responsable de leur carrière : construire avec chacun·e un plan de progression clair et les projeter sur leurs prochaines étapes, chez le client comme chez Theodo.
Mener les évaluations annuelles de ton équipe, en objectivant les progrès et en fixant des objectifs ambitieux et atteignables.
Garantir un delivery de qualité
Sécuriser la réussite des projets de ton périmètre : qualité, délais et création de valeur pour le client comme pour les équipes.
Structurer la practice
Contribuer au staffing : participer aux décisions d’affectation et à l’adéquation entre les talents et les besoins des projets.
Animer les temps collectifs (all-hands, rituels de practice) pour renforcer la cohésion et la dynamique d’équipe.
Participer aux avant-ventes pour faire grandir le portefeuille de la practice et ouvrir de nouvelles opportunités.
