central to how we grow in the French market. As Regional Partner Manager for France, you'll own our partner relationships across
the region, working closely with our Paris sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and
local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's French
partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll
operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.

role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and
expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and
on target incentive pay) for this role is €166,000 - €185,000 per year.

About The Role As Senior Partner Manager, you will own the partnership relationship with IKEA France end-to-end and will be the primary point of contact for IKEA in France. This will involve owning the performance targets and general operations needed to reach ambitious growth targets.
