About Us_
// At Masabi, we’re driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions all over the world. We build fare
collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones,
from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel.
Our Justride platform is used in over 250 locations globally, including some of the largest cities in the world. With our
industry-first mobile ticketing SDK, we’ve partnered with large players in the transport space, including Uber, Moovit and
Transit.

compliance, payroll inputs, systems and vendor coordination, helping everything run smoothly and without unnecessary friction.
This role sits at the intersection of strong HR fundamentals and operational thinking. You’ll be hands-on, trusted to improve
workflows, build better ways of working and reduce manual work over time using systems, data and automation where it makes sense.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys spotting what feels unclear, repetitive or overly manual, and turning it into
something simpler, more thoughtful and more effective.
The right person will care as much about people as they do about how things run. You’ll notice where employees or managers
experience friction, and take the lead in making things simpler, more human and easier to navigate.
