The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.

Reporting to Customer Operations Supervisor, the Customer Operations Technician manages operational back-office case management in refunds for returns, compensations to customers and partners, and for managing all delivery issues working with the couriers and other internal departments thus contributing to the Farfetch's customer experience.

In this role, you will design and automate cloud-native environments using Kubernetes, Azure, Terraform, and Ansible to support global automotive leaders. Additionally, you will drive infrastructure modernization and ensure high system reliability through advanced monitoring. What you’ll do... * Build environments and microservices using Kubernetes, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure; * Utilize Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows; * Maintain global environments using OpsGenie, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, and Loki; * Help customers and internal Sofico teams solve complex technical challenges; * Transform legacy components into scalable, cloud-native solutions; * Mentor peers and contribute to engineering standards across the company. What you bring... * Proven experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, and a major cloud provider (preferably Azure or AWS); * Familiar with Oracle/MS SQL and core networking concepts (DNS, Firewalls); * Fluent in English with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences; * Comfortable hopping on customer calls, asking the right questions, and resolving issues. About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Level I Network Operations Technician to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining network integrity and ensuring seamless service for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic network issues, and providing excellent customer service. This position is based on-site at our Network Operations Center in Mobile, AL.
