You play a key role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards while collaborating closely with analysts, developers, and fellow testers across teams. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR ROLE As a Senior Functional Tester, you are responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of new and existing features within Miles. You will: * Design, document and execute functional test scenarios and test cases * Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into structured test approaches * Detect, document and follow up on defects in close collaboration with development teams * Contribute to test automation initiatives and help improve automation frameworks * Support integration, regression, and performance testing activities * Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases * Safeguard QA standards, best practices and contribute to continuous improvement * Take ownership of testing initiatives within your domain As you grow further in this role, you will: * Lead testing efforts across projects or domains * Define and improve quality standards and testing strategies * Mentor junior testers and share best practices * Strengthen automation and performance testing capabilities within the team ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR INTERESTS AND SKILLS Quality is your passion. The purpose of our team is to help teams achieve fast, secure and reliable deployments and releases by better understanding their developing experience, delivery pipelines and optimizing the 4 key metrics of DevOps performance (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time To Restore Service).
