What You'll Be Doing 🗃️ * Own manual and automated testing across the SDLC, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to ensure product quality. * Contribute to and expand automated test coverage within an agile team. * Drive continuous improvement through POCs, refining QA processes, tools, and best practices. * Investigate user-reported issues, perform hands-on technical testing, and create, manage, and track bug reports. * Develop deep product and domain knowledge, supporting engineers and promoting shared responsibility for quality. * Effectively prioritise work, manage risks, and escalate issues in a fast-paced environment. We’re Looking For 🔎 * QA experience across web/mobile applications, covering functional, regression, performance, exploratory, manual, and automated testing. * Understanding of end-to-end impact, risk, dependencies, and pragmatic bug prioritisation to inform QA strategy. * Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Postman, RestSharp, xUnit/NUnit) and REST API testing. * Proficiency in C# (or similar OOP languages) and JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid SQL Server querying and scripting skills. * Experience working in CI/CD environments, implementing continuous testing practices across multiple teams. * Highly detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive, with a strong bias for problem-solving, exploratory testing, and taking initiative. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a technical anchor within our Professional & Financial Services team, leading the development of sophisticated platforms that visualise complex data science insights and bridging the gap between AI research and production-grade software. You will have the autonomy to own the entire technical stack, driving architectural decisions and mentoring others to ensure we ship scalable, high-performance systems that transform how our customers interact with Machine Learning. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Leading the architecture and design of complex projects to ensure they are robust, scalable, and aligned with long-term business needs. * Creating reliable, reusable, and high-performance frontend and backend systems that facilitate the seamless delivery of AI-powered insights. * Guiding engineers within cross-functional teams of Data Scientists and Product Managers to deliver technically sophisticated, high-impact systems. * Mentoring and managing more junior engineers on the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous professional growth. * Acting as the primary authority for engineering across the full stack, setting the standard for code quality and best practices. * Providing deep technical expertise to our customers, translating their most unique business challenges into viable, production-ready software solutions. * Balancing rapid prototyping with the requirement to ship and maintain large-scale products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About the company Raidium is building a foundation Model for precision medicine in radiology. Our first release, Curia is already state of the art. Our model is embedded in a new type of solution for the radiologist that enables a revolutionary AI-native workflow. Thanks to a 16M€ seed round raised in November 2024, Raidium is expanding its team.   The team The founders of Raidium are experts in radiology and machine learning from Owkin, bringing together extensive experience from both fields. Paul Herent, CEO, is a radiologist and former interne des hôpitaux de Paris, with a Cogmaster (ENS) and PSL background, and has published pioneering research on deep learning in radiology.  Pierre Manceron, CTO, is a Centrale Paris engineer specialized in Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning, who previously led machine learning projects at Owkin.  Sebastian Schwarz, COO, holds a double degree in X-HEC Data Science & Business, who previously worked as a Strategy & Operations Director at Owkin, where he developed Owkin’s strategic vision and operational agency. Our team brings together strong academic foundations (Polytechnique, Ponts, MVA) and deep medical, AI, and business experience from leading medical and tech companies such as Owkin, Cardiologs, Datadog, and Meta, all united by a mission to revolutionize radiology through cutting-edge technology. The role  As a Full-stack Software engineer at Raidium, play a pivotal role in developing the Raidium product and integrating Machine Learning models. Design, implement, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of Raidium product, involving serving ML models and manipulating radiological images Collaborate with ML Engineers to integrate advanced ML/Deep Learning models into the platform, ensuring the system is highly accurate and efficient. Build the infrastructure and pipelines to support rapid growth in users and data volume without compromising performance. Enforce the best practices to ensure code quality and system soundness: automatic testing, linting, typing… You will work with the R&D team, composed of Software engineers and ML Engineers and you will be managed by Alexandre Blondin, our Lead Software Engineer.
