Master Data Specialist
Be part of the movement-and play your part.
For our Master Data Products team, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with product data, understands operational
processes, and knows how accurate data supports retail operations and customer experience.
If you have experience with Master Data, ERP systems, or working with large operational datasets, this role will be a great fit.
This is not a Business Analyst or BI position–it is a hands-on, process-driven role with a strong impact on daily operations.
As a Master Data Specialist, you will collaborate with local business units and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Your main responsibility will be to create, maintain, and ensure the quality of product data for DFDS duty-free shops on board
vessels and in ports. You will also help improve Master Data processes by identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and
supporting standardisation efforts. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and customer experience.
