As Events Manager, Internal Events, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Veeam Launchpad (VL), Veeam’s annual
global sales kickoff attended by approximately 2,000 employees in person and 3,000 virtually. This highly visible,

BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER ABOUT THE ROLE A leading multi-location distribution and e-commerce company is seeking a highly technical Business Systems Manager to serve as our internal NetSuite Subject Matter Expert and own our enterprise business applications roadmap. In this high-visibility role, you will work directly alongside our Chief Technology Officer and executive leadership team to optimize, scale, and modernize our systems architecture across 8 domestic and international locations. Your immediate technical focus will be taking ownership of NetSuite API development, custom integrations, and system administration—allowing technical leadership to execute an upcoming Warehouse Management System (WMS) rollout (targeting UAT in late Q3 and go-live in Q4). Post-rollout, you will lead the Q1 NetSuite-to-WMS integration and drive continuous technology modernization across our financial, shipping, and supply chain tools. SpecterOps is seeking an experienced Web Developer with deep WordPress expertise to support the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of our public-facing web presence. You will work closely with our Marketing team to build and refine web pages, implement new functionality, and ensure our WordPress environment is well-maintained and scalable.
