SEATGEEK BELIEVES LIVE EVENTS ARE POWERFUL EXPERIENCES THAT UNITE HUMANS. WITH OUR TECHNOLOGICAL SAVVY AND FAN-FIRST ATTITUDE
By catering to both fans and rightsholders, we're powering a new, open entertainment ecosystem where fans have effortless access
to experiences, and teams, venues, and shows have seamless access to their audiences. Because everyone should expect more from
ticketing.
We are looking for Product Managers with varying levels of experience to join SeatGeek’s R&D team. This role will own SeatGeek's
Catalog — the foundational data layer that defines what exists on our platform. Every event a fan can shop, every seat they can
buy, every venue map they navigate, and every attribute that makes a ticket more than a dot on a map starts here. Catalog is the
ground truth that everything else — shopping, fulfillment, and eventually attending the event — is built on top of.
This is a high-leverage, deeply cross-functional role. When the catalog is accurate, complete, and fresh, fans trust what they see
and every downstream experience just works. When it isn't, the cracks show up everywhere. Your mission is to make SeatGeek's
understanding of the live event world the most accurate, comprehensive, and richly detailed in the industry — from getting
brand-new onsales live the moment they're announced, to modeling complex venues seat-by-seat, to capturing the features and
attributes that help fans find exactly the right spot.
SeatGeek is where passionate fans and ambitious builders come together to reshape live entertainment, and if you're excited to
build the data foundation that powers it all, we'd love to hear from you.

You absolutely do not need experience with all of these, but we thought you might be curious. Tools can be learned, so we care
much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language.
The salary range for this role is $116,000 - $220,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a
discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of
factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and
specific location.
SeatGeek is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of
race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression,
disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. As an equal opportunities
employer, we recognize that diversity is a positive attribute and we welcome the differences and benefits that a diverse culture

The Global Operations team at BizTech manages production services across Airbnb’s corporate environment, delivering reliable operations through Observability, Incident Management, Core Operations, and AI-enabled automation. Ops owns triage and resolution, proactive monitoring across networks, systems, applications, and cloud services via a homegrown observability platform, and drives process excellence through automation and shift-left programs. You will set the technical bar, model operational excellence, and ensure high-quality, reliable service. * Your scope includes leading projects across multiple products and platforms, delivering world-class outcomes that create customer and community value while balancing near- and long-term needs. * You will own the AIOps vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with the in-house Observability platform owner to leverage infrastructure and data for accurate, correlated insights that streamline Operations. You’ll drive execution by setting priorities, building accountability, and collaborating effectively across teams. You will partner with BizTech engineering teams to improve service efficiency and security, and lead 1–3 year operations architecture planning to connect production systems and improve compatibility and stability. * You will identify and eliminate recurring issues through scalable automation, improving operational performance and productivity. You’ll also lead the development and maintenance of testing and monitoring tooling to ensure automation platforms run reliably. * You will be accountable for the quality and reliability of BizTech services, including validating postmortems, driving root-cause analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. A Typical Day: * You’ll lead technical strategy and discussions, partnering with Operations peers and cross-functional BizTech teams to build AIOps and automation solutions. * You’ll stay on top of tasks, engagements, and team interactions—active collaboration is key to success. * You’ll work in sprints, delivering project work across coding, testing, design, documentation, and operational readiness reviews. * You’ll dedicate part of each day to core Operations work, triaging tickets, spotting patterns, and driving scalable fixes that improve efficiency. * You’ll participate in an on-call rotation, leading high-severity incident response as both incident commander and operations engineer. Your Expertise: * 15+ years of experience across AIOps, data catalog architecture, product development, and/or Technical Operations infrastructure. * Strong SDLC experience, including infrastructure as code, configuration management, distributed version control, and CI/CD. * Deep expertise in complex enterprise infrastructure, especially cloud (AWS and/or Google), with a focus on AI/automation, data catalog architecture, workflows, and correlation. * Solid understanding of corporate infrastructure and applications to translate into AIOps requirements and integrations. * Proven ability to lead cross-team, cross-org delivery of large-scale, technically complex, ambiguous initiatives that anticipate business needs. * Proficient in Python or Go. * Experience building API integrations and event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda/SQS). Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. SEATGEEK BELIEVES LIVE EVENTS ARE POWERFUL EXPERIENCES THAT UNITE HUMANS. WITH OUR TECHNOLOGICAL SAVVY AND FAN-FIRST ATTITUDE WE’RE SIMPLIFYING AND MODERNIZING THE TICKETING INDUSTRY. By catering to both fans and rightsholders, we’re powering a new, open entertainment ecosystem where fans have effortless access to experiences, and teams, venues, and shows have seamless access to their audiences. Because everyone should expect more from ticketing. We are looking for Product Managers with varying levels of experience to join SeatGeek’s R&D team. This role will own the native mobile experience, the iOS and Android apps, which are key to millions of fans discovering, shopping for, and attending live events. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of consumer product, platform technology, and fan engagement. Beyond getting fans to their first great experience, your most important mission is bringing them back. You’ll help define how we build habits, deepen loyalty, and make SeatGeek the first app fans reach for when a new tour drops, a playoff run begins, or a spontaneous night out calls. From home screen real estate to personalized push moments to post-event features that extend the thrill, you’ll help architect the full loop that turns one-time buyers into lifelong fans. You’ll own a surface that lives in fans’ pockets, competes for their attention alongside every other app, and has to earn its place every single day. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the vision and strategy for SeatGeek’s native iOS and Android apps — from first open to post-event — creating a cohesive experience that earns a permanent place on fans’ home screens * Build and execute a roadmap that drives repeat engagement: push notification strategy, personalized content surfaces, re-engagement flows, loyalty mechanics, and native platform capabilities like Live Activities, widgets, and app clips * Alongside engineering, design, and data science counterparts, drive execution across a mix of fast iterative tests and larger differentiated bets that grow MAU, session frequency, and retention * Use behavioral data, user research, and mobile platform insights to identify engagement gaps and design experiences that create habitual, high-frequency use * Partner with marketing and CRM to align in-app experiences with owned-channel campaigns, ensuring push, email, and in-app touchpoints work as a cohesive system rather than isolated efforts * Partner with marketing and ux to own SeatGeek's presence in the App Store and Google Play — store listing optimization, ASO keyword strategy, screenshot and preview creative, and ratings and review management — treating discoverability as a core growth lever alongside paid and owned channels * Partner with analytics and engineering on release cadence and app health: track crash-free session rates and performance regressions, coordinate go/no-go decisions, and exercise feature flag and rollback discipline when a release needs to pause * Stay ahead of the mobile platform curve — iOS and Android capabilities, HIG and Material Design guidelines, and how AI and on-device intelligence can create more personal, timely fan experiences * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, and operations — advocating for native experiences that compound engagement over time * Evangelize the native mobile fan experience across the company: share learnings, celebrate wins, and connect native mobile strategy to broader business outcomes * Provide mentorship to junior product team members and contribute to enhancing our product team culture and best practices WHAT YOU HAVE * 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping native mobile products (iOS and/or Android) at scale * Deep expertise in engagement and retention — you’ve built habit-forming loops, push notification programs, personalization systems, or lifecycle features that measurably improved retention and frequency metrics * Fluency in iOS and Android platform capabilities and guidelines — you understand HIG and Material Design well enough to hold your own with designers, know the constraints and opportunities from push to widgets to on-device ML, and have a strong point of view on how platform conventions should shape the SeatGeek experience * Hands-on experience with product analytics and attribution tooling (Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar) — you build your own dashboards and don’t wait for a data team to answer basic retention or funnel questions * Comfort with the operational realities of mobile shipping — release management, feature flags, crash monitoring, and the judgment to call a rollback when it’s needed * Strong customer empathy and a tasteful eye for great design and UX — you can tell the difference between a feature that delights and one that just ships * A strong fluency with data: comfortable defining success metrics, diving into analytics, partnering with analysts to build cohort analyses, and making decisions from evidence rather than assumption * Experience in both iterative, experiment-driven approaches and zero-to-one initiatives that have resulted in measurable business and customer impact * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proficiency in modern prototyping tools like Claude, Figma Make, Loveable or similar to communicate ideas effectively to cross-functional partners * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and clarity * Ideally, experience with marketplace or ticketing products, or consumer apps in entertainment, sports, or travel where emotional purchase decisions and infrequent usage are core challenges to solve * Ideally, experience with products that leverage machine learning or AI-powered personalization to surface the right content or recommendation at the right moment * 5+ years as an engineer in a role that focused on writing code * A foundation of technical excellence that your team can look up to * Knowledge of the technology industry to help your team make good tooling and framework decisions, setting them up for success * You understand how to lead by setting context and facilitating collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, engineering, and leadership * Product-minded engineering experience, especially products that span native mobile, web, and backend systems. * Experience working in both consumer and enterprise products, as this role uniquely owns fan experiences and rightsholder experiences. * Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred, but not a requirement. * This role requires candidates to be based on the East Coast, with preference given to those in the New York City area.
