We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the MyFitnessPal Engineering team leading our Subscription Growth squad to
continue driving double-digit paid subscriber growth on top of our mission-critical payments platform.
As a member of our MyFitnessPal Engineering team, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of backend and iOS engineers focused on
outcomes over outputs, using data and experimentation to drive MFP's product strategy.
Our Subscription Growth team maintains critical integrations with the Apple and Android app stores and Stripe to provide a
seamless paid subscriber onboarding experience. They prioritize platform stability and quality and are currently focused on
building growth-driving features on top of these robust platforms.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $140,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation is based on
factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, MyFitnessPal offers a wide range of

Brief Overview We are seeking a Director, Product Management to own the strategy, performance, and outcomes of Amwell’s Data portfolio. This leader will be accountable for end-to-end business ownership including product investment strategy, roadmap execution, and measurable customer and market impact. The Director will define and drive a multi-year investment strategy, establish clear KPIs tied to business outcomes, and ensure disciplined execution across product, engineering, clinical, commercial, and services functions. They will act as the enterprise authority on data and outcomes strategy, representing Amwell with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders. Core Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Portfolio Ownership & Investment Strategy · Own the business area for Data and Outcomes - accountable for portfolio performance, value realization, and delivery outcomes · Define and drive the multi-year roadmap and enterprise investment strategy including prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff decisions that maximize data impact and ROI · Define portfolio-level north-star metrics and KPI’s, ensuring investments translate into measurable customer value (outcomes, adoption, time-to-value, reliability, utilization) · Build and maintain a portfolio operating plan: capacity allocation, headcount planning, vendor/tooling investment, and roadmap commitments · Establish and run a product investment governance model (e.g., annual planning, quarterly reforecasting, business area reviews), ensuring transparency and accountability · Develop business cases for new investments including market sizing, customer value, expected benefits, risks, and implementation plan · Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership to own and report business outcomes tied to Data investments (e.g., revenue enablement, margin, retention impact) 2.
