WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ENGINE * Experience: 8+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms. Bonus points for experience within the travel space, but not required. * Collaboration: Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions. * User-Centered Thinking: Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions. * Analytical Approach: Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions. As Staff Product Manager for Enterprise AI, you will lead the product strategy and execution for AI-powered solutions across both GTM and Corporate Functions. Responsibilities As a Staff Product Manager, you will: PRODUCT STRATEGY & ROADMAP * Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI spanning GTM functions (Sales, Support, Operations) and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR). Establish clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements. * Lead cross-functional product development across multiple business domains, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders within a unified platform strategy.
