About the role: As a Product Design Manager, you will own the execution of our design vision, managing a small team of designers across multiple teams to prioritise initiatives, drive strategic projects, and foster a culture of excellence. Balancing leadership with hands-on design, you will ensure we deliver business-driven, user-centred solutions that elevate the user experience. This role requires strong leadership, UX/UI expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to remove blockers, streamline workflows, and create scalable, accessible designs that align with both user and business needs. (Pure agency experience is likely to be screened out.) * Experience in either line-managing or acting as player/coach for other designers. * Confidence working with AI prototyping tools. We use Figma Make. * Competence or expertise in the industry's standard design tools, principles, and methodologies, and a basic to detailed understanding of how AI models work.
