We pride ourselves on our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology that sets us apart in the industry. You will contribute to the day-to-day and operational management of Google Ads campaigns (Search and PMAX) for some of our key clients, with a focus on precise execution, revenue growth, and meeting budget targets. Your main responsibilities will include: * Operationally managing Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on Search and Performance Max (PMAX), including creation, daily adjustments, and pausing/reactivating, while focusing on profit growth and meeting budget targets. * Maintaining up-to-date keyword lists, negatives, extensions, and ad/asset groups, ensuring the daily quality and relevance of the accounts. * Identifying incorrect implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results. * Assisting with campaign validation and audits within the same team. * Producing reports for the client. * Working with the internal Client Management team to support the smooth execution of work and participate in client meetings. * Managing paid digital media campaigns across various social networks—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest—focusing on profit growth and meeting budget targets. Purpose of Position The Early Life Team is part of the Customer Activation function within the Platform Services department at Awin. The team is responsible for ensuring clients reach optimal performance as quickly as possible following onboarding, through the first 6 months of their program. This phase is critical to long-term success for both the client and Awin: a strong launch and well-managed early program development lay the foundation for sustained performance and growth. The Early Life Team oversees the performance of Essentials and VIP Platform Services clients, with responsibility for growing their Gross Profit through close monitoring of key metrics, including adoption of product feed usage, commission groups (more than 2), and active sales partners. As an Account Consultant in a global team, you will deliver launch calls and ongoing performance monitoring for clients, gaining exciting insight into the growing world of Affiliate Marketing while laying the foundations for further expertise in this sector.
