As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive launch operations and quality,
ensuring teams can operate effectively as Notion scales. You’ll serve as the core liaison between Product and the go-to-market
organization, helping ensure new products and features are successful.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our
Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work
alongside the team during those days.
The ideal candidate is able to dive into ambiguous problems that require deep technical fluency, think in systems to scale
technical programs, identify and build agentic workflows to accelerate processes, and communicate effectively to drive alignment
across cross-functional teams. Your core responsibilities are:

expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco and New York, the estimated base salary
range for this role is $160,000-$200,000 per year.

THE OPPORTUNITY WorkWhile is looking for an experienced operator with a strong analytical skill set to lead our Events & Hospitality marketplace supply function. You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategy to enable us to win in this industry. You will own a P&L and work cross-functionally to deliver strong marketplace performance and economics. The base salary range for this role in Chicago is: $125,000 - $170,000. The base salary range for this role in San Francisco is: $145,000 - $190,000. The total compensation package also includes equity (RSUs).
