We sit at the center of how Ads Product Marketing shapes and goes to market with new solutions. We connect the field to the roadmap, turning seller insights into action and ensuring our go-to-market strategies reflect what advertisers and customers actually need As the Inbound Program Manager, you will build and run the systems that capture, synthesize, and activate field intelligence across Ads Product Marketing. You'll design the programs and processes that transform fragmented seller and customer feedback into structured inputs that shape product strategy, messaging, and enablement priorities. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and other Strategy and Ops functions to build listening programs, run recurring feedback loops, and enable Ads PMM to synthesize the insights that help our teams build better products and go to market with more relevance. Your work will ensure that sellers and advertisers have a clear, reliable channel to influence what we build. What you’ll do: * Own the Voice of Sales program end-to-end — design and run structured mechanisms that continuously collect, tag, and synthesize insights from Sales and customer-facing teams. * Build and manage Voice of Customer infrastructure — establish repeatable processes for capturing advertiser and customer signals and route them to the right PMM and Product stakeholders. * Facilitate the translation of field and customer insights into actionable outputs — oversee recurring reporting and synthesis that make it easy for PMMs and PMs to act on what they're hearing. * Close the feedback loop with Sales — ensure Sales teams receive timely, transparent updates on how their input is influencing roadmap decisions, messaging priorities, and enablement resources. * Design and build internal tools that scale how we capture, organize, and distribute insights — including AI-assisted workflows, structured intake forms, tagging systems, dashboards, and knowledge bases that reduce manual lift and increase signal quality. What we’re looking for: * 8+ years of experience in program management, product marketing operations, or a related role — ideally in a product-led or go-to-market environment. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration , or equivalent experience. * Demonstrated experience building or running structured feedback and listening programs (e.g., Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, win/loss, field advisory programs) — including owning the full cycle from intake to insight delivery. * Proven ability to design and build internal tools and workflows — including AI-assisted systems, structured intake and tagging frameworks, dashboards, and knowledge bases that scale cross-functional insight sharing. * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Product Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive alignment and influence roadmap and GTM decisions. * Excellent synthesis and communication skills — you can take qualitative and quantitative field input and turn it into clear, compelling narratives and reports for different audiences, from ICs to leadership. * Experience creating and managing recurring reporting programs. * Highly organized and proactive, with a track record of building scalable processes and sources of truth in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Comfortable with a broad toolkit — project management platforms, survey tools, wikis, dashboards, and presentation tools — and able to quickly ramp on internal systems. * Experience using AI-enabled tools in day-to-day workflows and artifact creation. * Nice to have: experience supporting product marketing teams; experience working with globally distributed sales organizations. Relocation Statement: * This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model. In-Office Requirement Statement: * We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role. * This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country. #LI-REMOTE At Pinterest we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee.
