HomeSecure is seeking a talented Digital Designer & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department. This is a creative,
hands-on role for someone with strong graphic design skills and a passion for producing engaging visual content across digital and
print channels. They’ll also be responsible for our email marketing channels, engaging customers with segmented and personalised
campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for advertising campaigns, website content,
email marketing, social media, brochures, leaflets, sales collateral and customer communications. They will play a key role in
video creation, editing and content production, ensuring all marketing materials are visually compelling, on-brand and designed to
drive engagement and conversions.
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of €37,000 per year, plus up to 15% bonus (paid quarterly). Candidates must
have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: * Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database * Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences) * Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies * Acquire and activate reactive leads * Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group * Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. THE ROLE Insurtech Insights are currently looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts and briefs created by marketing team within the company, communicating with marketing and content teams to deliver best in class work. From banner ads, social media posts, EDM designs, Illustration and animation, this person is responsible for ensuring brand consistency through-out all brand channels. What we expect from you • Full understanding of Adobe Creative Suite • A desire to learn new tools and techniques and share them with the team • Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills • Approaching briefs with conceptual attitude • Balancing across multiple projects • Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations. • HTML, CSS knowledge is a plus • Agency experience is a plus Furthermore, we expect that you are: • Communicative (you'll be emailing thousands of people where your message needs to come across clearly) • Detail-oriented (with responsibility for email marketing campaigns and website updates, you need to secure high-quality work) • Driven (we're an ambitious group of people with ambitious targets) • Ownership (email marketing and website updates are an essential part of the business to communicate externally - you must strive to ensure that everything we deliver is at a premium level) • Problem solver – must be able to think on your feet and react quickly and calmly under pressure Startdate As soon as possible The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
