WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Support the creation of motion graphics, animation, UI motion, video content, and digital experiences across campaigns and content initiatives. * Assist in developing storyboards, style frames, motion studies, and visual explorations that help communicate creative concepts. * Collaborate closely with Motion Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Visual Designers, and cross-functional teams to help bring ideas to life through motion. * AI-Enhanced Production Ecosystems: Advanced capability in adopting and implementing generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, and Weavy) into the design pipeline to maximize asset velocity, explore vanguard concepts, and drive structural innovation. * Support video production, editing, and post-production workflows while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. * Contribute to music selection, sound design exploration, and audio storytelling efforts that help enhance the overall motion experience. * Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and cultural trend exploration by bringing curiosity, inspiration, and fresh perspectives to the team. * Explore emerging motion technologies, AI-assisted workflows, and creative tools that improve efficiency and unlock new creative possibilities. * Maintain organized project files, assets, templates, and production workflows to support efficient creative development. * Continuously develop your motion craft, storytelling abilities, and technical skills through feedback, collaboration, and hands-on experience. WHAT YOU BRING: * 1+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role. * A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing outstanding motion design, animation skills, and a solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout). * Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
