Ditt dagliga arbete inkluderar • Agera Scrum Master i tekniska produktutvecklingsteam • Coacha teamet i agila principer och säkerställa kontinuerlig förbättring • Koordinera tvärfunktionellt arbete inom mjukvara, UX, system och validering • Stötta PI Planning, backlog-hantering och releasekoordination i SAFe-miljöer • Identifiera och lösa blockerare och rapportera beroenden till programnivå Vad vi söker För att lyckas i rollen behöver du: • Dokumenterad erfarenhet som Scrum Master i komplexa produktutvecklingsmiljöer • God förståelse för HMI, inbyggda system, mjukvaruutveckling eller digitala plattformar • Erfarenhet av skalning genom SAFe, LeSS eller liknande ramverk • Certifiering inom CSM, PSM eller SAFe SM är meriterande • Flytande svenska och engelska Vi erbjuder Hos WeQuel blir du en del av ett konsultteam som värdesätter people first. We at WeQuel are currently looking for a technical and agile profile with experience in both testing and team leadership. In this role, you will combine responsibilities as a Scrum Master with hands-on testing of complete vehicle systems — driving both team performance and product quality forward. About the assignment This is a consulting assignment within Complete Vehicle Integration Testing (VCT EE I/T), with a 50/50 split between Scrum Master and Tester responsibilities. The work follows agile methodologies including SAFe and covers the full test cycle in a SIL/HIL environment. Responsibilities As Scrum Master: * Lead and coach the team in accordance with agile frameworks including SAFe * Facilitate agile processes and team collaboration * Identify and remove obstacles in the day-to-day work As Tester: * Perform complete vehicle integration testing and verification of electrical systems * Take part in test planning, test leadership, execution, and fault analysis * Contribute to continuous improvement of test methods and environments through SIL/HIL activities Qualifications Required: * Engineering background in Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience working with agile methodologies * Verification and/or validation experience * Experience performing testing activities and fault analysis * Python experience Meriting: * Experience with SIL/HIL testing * Experience with complete vehicle integration testing * Experience working with electrical systems from an integration perspective What We Offer At WeQuel, you’ll become part of a consultancy team that puts people first.
