Your role
The mission for Service Area Platform is to enable business value by providing stable, efficient, secure, and future-proof platforms and services. As the Head of Governance & Digital Capabilities you report to 'Head of Digital Workflow platforms'. Digital Workflow Capabilities largest platform is ServiceNow and includes workflows implemented on the platform (ex ServiceHub, CSM, GRC).
The role involves managing daily activities, managing the team, and supporting operational and development tasks to ensure the service runs smoothly and meets its goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities throughout the service lifecycle and manage the team dedicated to the service. You will assist in managing development and operations activities in collaboration with the manager of the service, serve as the daily operational lead. Ensure that all technical changes are communicated and managed both within and outside the team. In summary, you are an important part of the daily operations, future development, and a valuable member of the team managing the service.
Be the personal manager for employees within your service unit
Lead and mentor talented employees and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth mindset, continuous improvement, and technical mastery
Resource capacity- and development planning
Manage the day to day activity of services within your domain
Drive development activities within the service, such as evaluating and streamlining support procedures, optimizing and automating delivery processes including documentation of knowledge articles
Together with the Service Owner/Head of Digital Workflow Platforms you will:
Develop and maintain the service roadmap and service maintenance plan
Cost tracking and forecasting
Implement IT strategies and initiatives within the service
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and uptime metrics
Follow incident, problem, and change management processes for the subservice
Ensure that all technical changes are communicated and managed both within and outside the team
Your profile
You are a positive and engaging individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and evolving environment. With a strong interest in leadership and people management, you are motivated by developing others and fostering collaboration. You possess a solid understanding of business and financial management, supported by a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field-or equivalent experience in a similar role.
You keep pace with relevant technologies and industry trends, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Your proven track record in leading teams is complemented by excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, you navigate diverse professional settings with ease. In addition, you have experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, service management tools like ServiceNow, and Agile ways of working. Experience with cloud platforms is considered a valuable asset.

Head of Cost Management Green Industry Transformation The green industrial transition is driving a historic transformation of society and industry, creating significant economic, technological and environmental value. As one of NCC's business areas, Green Industry Transformation focuses on delivering large, complex and strategically important industrial and infrastructure projects that enable the green transition across the Nordics. As Head of Cost Management, you will have functional responsibility for your area across the Business Area. Requested qualifications • Several years of experience in cost management, project controls, commercial management or related disciplines within large and complex industrial, infrastructure, construction or EPC environments • Experience in developing, implementing and improving cost management methodologies, governance models, processes or management systems • Experience leading change, developing people and supporting the adoption of new ways of working • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without formal line authority • An academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
