ROLE OVERVIEW
The Product Delivery Manager supports Product Management and R&D in turning product strategy into coordinated, measurable
execution and will be part of the Product Management & Innovation Team reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
Working closely with Product Managers, R&D, and the CPO, the role ensures that priorities are translated into clear plans,
dependencies are actively managed, and agreed outcomes are delivered. The Product Delivery Manager enables these teams to operate
effectively by creating transparency, maintaining momentum, and removing operational friction.
The role combines elements of product operations, program management, release management, and commercial product administration.
It is particularly suited to someone who is highly structured, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating work across multiple
functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OKRs and Team Execution
Drive quarterly OKR planning, check-ins, progress tracking, and retrospectives.
Ensure OKRs are measurable, outcome-oriented, and aligned with company priorities.
Escalate risks, blockers, resource conflicts, and unclear ownership.
Prioritization and Delivery
Translate priorities into clear plans, actions, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
Facilitate prioritization, roadmap, capacity, and delivery reviews.
Maintain a consolidated view of priorities, progress, risks, and cross-team initiatives.
Requirements and Releases
Support Product Managers with requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate release plans, readiness reviews, documentation, and commercial readiness.
Align Product, R&D, Sales, Support, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Licensing and Pricing
Maintain licensing, packaging, subscriptions, entitlements, and upgrade information.
Coordinate licensing changes and pricing-guide updates across relevant teams and systems.
Support updates to CRM, CPQ, ERP, and pricing tools.
Product Operations
Coordinate product and release documentation.
Establish an effective meeting and planning cadence for Product and R&D.
Improve transparency, accountability, tools, templates, and working practices while reducing unnecessary administration.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, program management, product management, controlling, project
management, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in product operations, project coordination, program management, product management, business
operations, or technology delivery.
Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, OKRs, and agile product-development principles.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several parallel initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication in English; Swedish is an advantage.
Ability to prepare structured decision material, plans, meeting documentation, and status reporting.
Confidence in following up on commitments, identifying blockers, and escalating risks constructively.
Strong proficiency with collaboration, documentation, spreadsheet, presentation, and planning tools.
Preferred
Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a similar agile delivery role.
Experience working with R&D or engineering teams.
Familiarity with product roadmaps, backlogs, release planning, requirements, and user stories.
Familiarity with commercial product processes, including pricing, licensing, product launches, and lifecycle management.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Junior Product Delivery Manager is the operational connective tissue between Product Management, R&D, Innovation, and the
wider organization.
The role ensures that product teams have clear objectives, transparent priorities, coordinated plans, complete commercial and
operational readiness, and disciplined follow-through. By reducing operational friction and improving execution, the role enables
Product Managers and engineers to focus more effectively on solving meaningful customer problems and delivering valuable products.
