The Role We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our R&D Sync organization, working in a hybrid setup based at our HQ in Solna, Stockholm. You will play a vital role in evolving Zyntai Director, our management system designed to orchestrate thousands of TimeNodes globally. You’ll join a team that owns the full lifecycle of a modern, cloud-native product line — giving you significant influence over technical direction and architectural decisions as we continue to scale. Develop & Refine: Design and implement high-quality backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. Cloud-Native Ownership: Work hands-on with our infrastructure, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS to ensure a seamless deployment lifecycle. Solve for Scale: Handle complex challenges related to metrics collection, real-time visualization, and alarm handling for large-scale networks. You enjoy having a holistic view of the product and take pride in writing clean, maintainable code that solves real-world synchronization problems. 8+ years of experience in professional software engineering, specifically with technically advanced or distributed systems. About the role and the team As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within the CLM and eSign domain, you will play a key role in developing and evolving cloud-native SaaS solutions running in AWS. Working across both frontend and backend services, you will contribute to secure, scalable, and resilient systems that support business-critical signing and contract workflows. You will join a high-autonomy team where ownership is shared and responsibility spans the full lifecycle of features and services, from planning and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
