Du arbetar i gränssnittet mellan verksamhet och IT och hjälper kunder att omsätta verksamhetsbehov till digitala lösningar med hjälp av Public 360˚. Det handlar om att förstå kundens verksamhet, utmana nuläge och skapa lösningar som ger långsiktig verksamhetsnytta. Du är med tidigt i kunddialogen där du hjälper kunden att strukturera behov, skapa samsyn och lägga grunden för rätt lösning. Därefter följer du kunden genom hela resan – från de första dialogerna till införande, vidareutveckling och långsiktigt värdeskapande.
Rollen sträcker sig långt bortom produktexpertis. Du bygger långsiktiga kundrelationer, driver affärsutveckling och agerar strategisk rådgivare som hjälper kunder att utveckla sin verksamhet med hjälp av modern teknik.

Rollen innebär att proaktivt stödja kunder i deras digitala transformation genom att omsätta verksamhetsbehov till värdeskapande lösningar med hjälp av Public 360˚. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter innebär att:
Agera strategisk rådgivare: bygga långsiktiga relationer, förstå kundens verksamhet och hjälpa beslutsfattare att prioritera initiativ som skapar verksamhetsnytta.
Leda affärsdialoger, workshops och behovsanalyser: hjälpa kunden att strukturera verksamhetsutmaningar, kartlägga och visualisera processer, skapa samsyn och definiera en tydlig målbild innan lösningen utformas.
Omsätta behov till lösningskoncept: översätta verksamhetsbehov, krav och regelverk till rekommendationer och lösningar baserade på Public 360˚.
Kommunicera affärsnytta: presentera lösningar och tydliggöra värde, effekter, investeringar och organisatoriska konsekvenser.
Driva långsiktig kundutveckling: stödja och utveckla kundernas användning av Public 360˚ för att skapa långsiktigt värde.
Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt: arbeta nära säljorganisation, projektledning, leveransteam och produktorganisation för att säkerställa framgångsrika kundprojekt.
Bidra till teamets utveckling – utveckla arbetssätt, metoder och konsultkompetens tillsammans med kollegor.

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av en konsultativ roll där du arbetat nära kunder med komplexa IT-lösningar, verksamhetsutveckling eller digital transformation. Du känner dig trygg i dialogen med kunder, är van att skapa förtroende hos olika intressenter och trivs med att vägleda beslut även när behoven inte är helt tydliga.
Erfarenhet av en konsultativ roll där du arbetat nära kunder med komplexa IT-lösningar, verksamhetsutveckling eller digital transformation.
Förmåga att leda affärsdialoger, workshops och behovsanalyser där du hjälper kunden att strukturera verksamhetsutmaningar, kartlägga och visualisera processer, skapa samsyn och definiera en tydlig målbild innan lösningen utformas.

At Orange Cyberdefense, we lead the effort to secure the OT environments that keep the world running—from energy and water to manufacturing, transportation, and process industries. As a Senior OT Security Consultant, you will work closely with our customers, often directly within their OT environments. Assignments are both national and international, meaning travel and on-site customer presence are a natural part of the role—often for several consecutive days during project execution phases. Your responsibilities will include: - Trusted OT Security Advisor Act as a long-term, trusted advisor to our customers on strategic and operational security matters. You will help them understand their threat and risk landscape, prioritize security initiatives, and make informed decisions that balance security, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations such as NIS2 and standards including IEC 62443. - On-Site OT Security Assessments Lead and perform in-depth security, risk, and vulnerability assessments at customer sites.
