About the Role
Practice nursing with the autonomy, time, and patient connection that allows you to make a meaningful impact every day. As a Home
Health Registered Nurse, you'll deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting recovery,
chronic disease management, and overall health goals while helping individuals remain safely in the comfort of their own
environment.
This role is ideal for an RN who values clinical independence, critical thinking, and building strong relationships with patients
and families over time. You'll manage a caseload of patients from admission through discharge, providing skilled nursing care,
conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Working closely with physicians
and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll coordinate services, make informed clinical decisions, and play a central role in
shaping patient outcomes and supporting each person’s journey toward greater health and independence.

About the Role Provide compassionate, skilled hospice care while enjoying a truly predictable schedule that supports your life outside of work. As a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse, you'll deliver skilled nursing care and emotional support to patients and families during the overnight hours, responding to urgent needs in the moments they need it most while helping ensure comfort, dignity, and peace at end of life. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in autonomous practice and is confident making critical clinical decisions in real time. You'll work a consistent 7-on / 7-off night rotation (5pm–8am), giving you half the year off while still earning a full-time salary. With no additional on-call requirements and all shifts beginning and ending from home, you'll have a highly structured schedule that allows you to fully disconnect during your time off and plan your life with confidence. During your working nights, you'll assess and manage urgent symptoms, provide skilled nursing interventions, and support families through crisis moments with clinical expertise and compassion.
