You’ll devise strategies and tactics to improve the way the project is delivered. You’ll translate this knowledge into a logic-linked plan and analyse it using planning software. Then you’ll use the plan to help the teams understand what to prioritise.    Your team    This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy team which focuses on:   - Understanding what the real problems of projects are  - Implementing the best solutions to those problems  - Developing scalable best practices, tools and technology    More specifically, you’ll be part of our Project Planning Team, who are industry leaders in the planning of complex construction projects. Own the plan: Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure that the project is working to it effectively. Ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially  2. Own the outcome: You're responsible for putting in your best effort to ensure the project team’s understanding and focus on the plan – no matter how stubborn they are  3. Report and inform: Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively  4.
