Delivery Team Manager – Proof of Value Projects
Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects in a global technology environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional
teams, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to handover.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple parallel PoV engagements from kickoff through handover
Coordinate SME, UX, development, and testing resources across projects
Manage project scope and commitments, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations
Work closely with Sales throughout each engagement and support customer-facing activities
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment with processes, releases, and dependencies
Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders
Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and resource conflicts
Drive delivery quality and consistency across a growing portfolio of projects
Report progress and risks to leadership
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience leading cross-functional teams including development, testing, UX, SMEs, or similar functions
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with sales teams and engineering organizations
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Formal project management training is considered an advantage but is not required
Preferred Experience:
Software delivery experience
Experience from the energy, industrial, or technology sectors
Knowledge of pilot projects, Proof of Concept (PoC), or Proof of Value (PoV) deliveries
Duration
Startup ASAP - with 6 months duration and possibility of extension
