Vill du bygga upp affären i ett av Sveriges mest spännande försvarsteknikbolag, inte förvalta den?
Frost Unmanned utvecklar nästa generations obemannade system för försvars- och säkerhetsmarknaden: höghastighets-UAV:er och obemannade ytfarkoster som redan är i skarp utvärdering hos flera europeiska försvarsmakter. Parallellt bygger vi kontinuerligt ut nya system och förmågor i nära samarbete med användare i fält. Vi är ett litet, snabbt team med korta beslutsvägar och internationella ambitioner. Kommersiellt är vi i ett tidigt skede: intresset och den tidiga traktionen finns, men den stora försäljningen återstår att bygga. Därför söker vi vår första renodlade affärsroll: en hungrig Head of Business Development som tar den tidiga traktionen och bygger affären på riktigt, med ägarskap över pipeline och affär från första kontakt till kontrakt.
Du rapporterar direkt till VD och äger det kommersiella genomförandet. Det här är ingen strategiroll bakom ett skrivbord. Du driver försäljningskampanjer själv: du identifierar kunderna, tar första kontakten, bokar mötena, flyger dit, håller demonstrationen och driver affären till avtal. Fokusmarknaderna är Norden, Baltikum och Ukraina, med möjlighet att successivt ta fler marknader.
Eftersom vi är ett litet bolag äger du också vår marknadsnärvaro: mässor, demonstrationer, LinkedIn och kundmaterial. När pipelinen växer bygger du ditt eget team, med en junior säljanalytiker som första rekrytering inom 12 månader.

Säkerhetsprövning
Tjänsten är placerad i säkerhetsklass. Anställning förutsätter godkänd säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585). Svenskt medborgarskap kan krävas beroende på placering.

We are now looking for a Head of Security, Compliance & Legal to strengthen security, resilience and legal across Lindex. In this role, you will lead the development of our security, risk and compliance agenda while further developing our legal and governance capabilities over time. Your role in our team As Head of Security, Compliance & Legal, you will be responsible for safeguarding our people, customers, assets, operations and brand. You will lead the development of security, risk and compliance across Lindex while further strengthening our governance and legal capabilities. The role is part of the Finance Executive Management Team and reports directly to the CFO. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure that security, risk management, compliance and governance are effectively embedded into our operations and decision-making processes. In the role you will: Further develop the legal function, advisory support and risk mitigation Secure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies Define and lead Lindex's physical security strategy across stores, offices and warehouses Develop and strengthen loss prevention, fraud prevention and investigation capabilities Lead crisis management, incident response and business resilience frameworks Drive enterprise risk management across functions and markets Build a strong risk-aware and ethical culture across the organization Define and drive Lindex's Governance, Risk, Compliance & Ethics (GRCE) framework Act as a trusted advisor to management on security, risk and compliance matters Ensure effective governance structures, policies and decision-making processes Coordinate internal controls and audits to support continuous improvement Is this you?
