THE ROLE Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing. What you'll do Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams. Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex. Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan. Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last. Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told. Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM. Who succeeds in this role An experienced operator who runs programs like an owner: highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and energized by getting cross-functional teams to pull in the same direction. You communicate crisply, chase down ambiguity rather than wait it out, and care more about outcomes shipping than tasks being logged. You move fluently between stakeholders at every level of the organization — from individual contributors to executives — and manage external partners with the same rigor. Fluent enough in product and marketing to earn the trust of both. In Europe that means new offices in Madrid, Paris, and Milan opening now, with more markets to follow. Hiring the sales and GTM talent to build those teams, across multiple languages, cultures, and talent pools simultaneously, is one of the most complex recruiting challenges in the business right now. Based in Stockholm, you'll lead GTM recruiting across Europe, managing a team of GTM Talent Partners and working closely with the European revenue leadership as Legora builds out its continental presence. You'll report to the Director of GTM Recruiting and be accountable for the quality, pace, and consistency of sales and GTM hiring across the region. The revenue leaders you'll partner with are collaborative, humble, and genuinely invested in recruiting. They show up, they prioritise it, and they make the process work. What You'll Do * Lead and develop a team of GTM Talent Partners in Europe, setting the standard for how European sales and GTM hiring gets done and building the capacity to keep pace with a market expansion that is accelerating. * Own the relationship with European GTM leadership as a genuine hiring partner, contributing to role scoping, success profiles, and hiring strategy across multiple markets rather than waiting to be handed a brief. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across European GTM roles, staying ahead of demand as Legora enters new markets and scales existing ones simultaneously. Stockholm, London, Madrid, Paris, Munich and Milan are all active or imminent. * Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that maintain a consistently high bar across pace and quality, giving revenue leaders a clear picture of where searches stand across every market. * Hold the standard for candidate experience across your team, from first conversation through to offer, making sure every interaction reflects the quality of the product and the people behind it. * Partner closely with the Director of GTM Recruiting and the broader TA team on language requirements, market-specific sourcing strategies, and process consistency as the European footprint grows. What You Bring You've managed GTM recruiting across multiple European markets at a company where the sales bar was high and the expansion plan kept changing. You understand how hiring norms, candidate expectations, and talent density differ across the Nordics, DACH, and Southern Europe, and you build your approach accordingly. We're looking for: * Meaningful experience managing GTM or sales recruiters at a high-growth, VC-backed company. You've led a team, developed individual contributors, and been accountable for outcomes rather than just activity. * A genuine understanding of the European GTM talent landscape across multiple markets. You know what strong looks like for a sales hire in Stockholm, Madrid, Munich, Milan and Paris, and you hold the same bar across all of them. * The depth to hold credible conversations with revenue leaders about what strong looks like at each level. You understand the difference between a good CV and a good GTM hire, and you don't lower the bar when searches get difficult in new markets. * Experience hiring across several European markets, ideally including some combination of the Nordics, DACH, and Southern Europe. Language skills beyond English are a strong plus. * A structured, data-driven approach to running searches. You track the right things, use pipeline data to make decisions, and keep hiring managers informed without being chased. * A hiring bar that doesn't move under pressure. When searches get hard in a new market, you change the approach, not the standard. THE ROLE You'll be one of the first hires on the EMEA RevOps team and a critical force multiplier for the Head of RevOps EMEA. You'll cover ground across Sales, Marketing, CS, Legal Engineer Ops - partnering with leaders in each function, diagnosing where the funnel is leaking, and shipping the fixes. You'll work alongside our RevOps Engineer on the systems side and own the analytical, process, and operating-cadence work yourself. This role suits someone who's already proven they can operate independently in one or two RevOps domains and now wants to widen their scope. You'll get exposure to territory planning, planning cycles, forecasting, and stack decisions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Pipeline & funnel analytics. Weekly pipeline reviews, conversion analysis, win/loss diagnostics. You'll be the person who knows where deals are getting stuck and why. * Forecast support. Help run our forecasting process - pulling the data, prepping the calls, flagging anomalies, and tightening accuracy over time. * CRM operations. Day-to-day Salesforce ownership - lead routing, stage definitions, validation rules, data hygiene programs. You'll partner with the RevOps Engineer on bigger architectural changes. * Process design. Lead-to-opportunity SLAs, deal desk basics, sales process documentation, and the operating mechanics that keep the GTM motion running cleanly. * GTM analytics. Build the reports and dashboards GTM leaders actually use — and write the memos that go with them. You translate numbers into decisions. * Project work across functions. Territory adjustments, new segment launches, tool implementations - you'll lead delivery on the ones we hand to you. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a closely-related GTM Ops role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. * Strong analytical chops - comfortable in SQL and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar). You can pull your own data, not wait for someone else to. * Real Salesforce hands-on experience - reports, dashboards, flows, validation, data hygiene. You can sit down and configure it. * Full-funnel curiosity - even if your last role was concentrated in one area, you've actively pushed into adjacent functions and want to widen further. * Sharp written communication. You can summarise a complicated problem into a one-page memo a GTM leader will read. * Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. You'd rather ship a 70% solution this week than a 100% one next quarter. * A collaborative, low-ego style - you'll be working closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and Legal Engineer leaders who all have opinions. OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES * Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation stacks. * Exposure to comp plan administration or planning cycle work. * Some SQL/Python beyond the basics. * Vertical SaaS or legal tech background.
