This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal
teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly.

What You'll Do: You'll support the post-sale customer experience, contributing to onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization across Legora's strategic and enterprise accounts. Specifically, you will: * Contribute to each client's adoption playbook: supporting the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Help execute against that playbook, owning discrete workstreams from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. * Build product fluency and a feel for client goals and legal workflows, surfacing opportunities to the leads you support and helping guide client teams toward value from Legora. * Support a structured operating cadence: preparing success plans and training resources, running enablement sessions, and helping with stakeholder check-ins and value reviews. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), helping maintain end-to-end account context and coordination. * Support the team on key commercial moments to help ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to flag expansion signals to the account lead. * Channel customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to help inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. * Track account health and usage in our tools, surfacing early signals of risk or opportunity to the leads you support. * Learn the craft fast — observing how senior Engagement Managers operate, seeking feedback, and applying it as you grow toward owning accounts of your own. What You Bring: You care deeply about customer outcomes and you're eager to learn how transformation is designed and led. You're proactive, organized and energized by supporting demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in helping customers adopt, grow and succeed. * A foundation in management consulting, client advisory, a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, or the legal field, ideally with exposure to large, complex organizations. * Experience supporting client-level projects and helping drive them toward measurable outcomes. * 1 - 3 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * Exposure to supporting adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong organizational and project management instincts; you juggle multiple workstreams without dropping detail. * Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You're comfortable running client calls and supporting senior and hands-on stakeholders alike. * High EQ: you know when to listen, when to ask and when to act. * A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you are eager to learn the playbook and contribute to building it. * Comfort with metrics and driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process. * An appetite for AI — eager to automate your own work and pick up the tools the team uses to create leverage. * Curiosity and a growth mindset — you learn complex products and industries fast and want to grow toward owning accounts of your own. The role As an Engineering Manager at Legora, you’ll lead by example—hands-on in the code while guiding a talented team of engineers. You’ll architect and deliver features that make legal professionals’ lives easier, drive technical excellence, and help shape a product used by forward-thinking law firms around the world. This is a role for someone who loves to build, mentor, and scale both people and systems. The role As a Product Counsel in Legora’s Stockholm office, you will play a central role in supporting one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will partner closely with our product and engineering teams, providing strategic and practical legal guidance across the full product lifecycle from early-stage feature development to launch and beyond. Your advice will directly shape Legora's platform, product roadmap and user experience. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable commercial initiatives while also managing data governance and IP risk. Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with a strong commercial mindset and a particular focus on enabling scalable product development, supporting go-to-market activities and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape for AI-powered legal technology. In addition to your core product counsel responsibilities, you will contribute to Legora's IP management. Beyond strong tech and IP judgment, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach as we help redefine how legal work is done globally. What you will be doing: * Act as a trusted legal partner to Legora's product and engineering teams, providing hands-on counsel throughout the product lifecycle from concept and design through development, launch and iteration. * Advise on product-related legal risks, including data practices, AI governance, content moderation, terms of service and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. * Draft, review, and negotiate product-related agreements, including integrations, partnerships, licensing, brand, and marketing agreements. * Advise on IP risk allocation, licensing models, usage rights, ownership, and contractual protections in customer- and partner-facing agreements. * Support the protection and enforcement of Legora’s IP and brand, including trademark and domain portfolios, assisting in registrations and management, and supporting IP-related prosecution, disputes and litigation as needed. * Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidelines to standardise negotiations, protect core IP assets, and improve execution speed. Who you are * Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. * Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Additional language skills are meritorious. * Several years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel with meaningful exposure to technology and intellectual property-related legal work. * Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, and navigating regulatory frameworks relevant to software and AI products. Meaningful experience working with data privacy is meritorious. * An excellent communicator who can translate complex legal and regulatory risks into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders. * Strong legal judgment and confidence in making decisions independently, with a focus on achieving meaningful business outcomes. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment and a rapidly evolving business setting. You take initiative, are comfortable working independently and can effectively manage work across different time zones. * You are excited about the potential of technology to transform the legal industry.
