SENIOR DATA ANALYST Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We're an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come create with us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CPO and product teams as we evolve from a music-library product into a broader creative-workflow platform, defining what success looks like for surfaces that don't exist yet and proving it with data. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with the CPO and product teams to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities, and shape product strategy with evidence. * Stand up and advise on measurement for new product experiences end to end — instrumentation, KPI design, and leading-indicator tracking. * Run the full analytics stack — from descriptive analysis through experimentation — to evaluate performance and drive decisions. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so teams can monitor long-term impact without you in the loop. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics by resolving gaps and enriching context and metadata so both AI tools and people can rely on it. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Strong stakeholder management and business acumen. Track record of influencing senior decision-makers. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * Experienced experimentalist. Fluent in A/B testing and causal inference. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * Experience in PLG and SaaS environments (B2C and/or B2B). * A track record of defining metrics for new 0→1 product surfaces. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. APPLICATION Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.
Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. You'll work closely with DRM and Music leadership — and the product team — as we grow our Music & DRM business. On the DRM side, you'll validate the metrics that matter, build business cases that motivate product investment, and back our position in platform negotiations. On the Music side, you'll help leadership make better decisions faster: shaping how we think about capex and acquisition tradeoffs, making our biggest financial decisions more data-driven, and building a clear picture of how music moves across our platform and out into the world. You'll have a dedicated mandate spanning both DRM and Music while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Be a trusted thought partner to Music and DRM leadership. Bring structured thinking to high-stakes questions, sanity-check what we measure, and proactively raise the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build the business cases that move decisions forward. Turn platform data into the commercial case for what we should build next, and put hard numbers behind contract terms, rate changes, and revenue-share positions where the stakes are real money. * See around corners. Bring data-driven insights around our music investments, and build a deep understanding of how different customer segments use our music — so we can anticipate where demand is heading before it shows up in the numbers. * Connect what happens on our platform with how music performs in the world. Run deep-dives that combine internal and external data to explain why a metric moved, where value is being left on the table, and where the growth opportunities are. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Uphold analytical rigour as self-serve expands. Push back on false precision in revenue and accrual estimates, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist unnecessary complexity where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * Platform curiosity. You don't need prior rights-management experience, but you're genuinely curious to learn how the music platforms actually work, and how that connects to our business. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Experience combining data across platforms — e.g. joining first-party product data with external platform data — to explain shifts in user behaviour. * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * A track record of validating and refining metrics in a data-mature environment, and of building business cases that turned into real product investment. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era, combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to power and scale our Demand Generation engine, with data at the center of everything. This is a hands-on, highly operational role for someone who naturally thinks in CRM objects, schemas, lifecycle states, joins, and structured datasets. You won’t just analyze data. You’ll design the structures that make GTM execution possible. You’ll work directly inside Salesforce and enrichment tools like Clay, building and maintaining the datasets that fuel sourcing, segmentation, targeting, and signal-based workflows. You’ll be the analytical backbone to Demand Gen, ensuring execution is precise, scalable, and trustworthy. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON * You’ll design and operate structured datasets that power our top-of-funnel engine. That means translating GTM use cases into clean data models, defining fields, keys, joins, and logic so workflows run without friction. * You’ll work directly with Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns), maintaining lifecycle integrity and ensuring relationships are accurate and reliable. Data hygiene isn’t a cleanup task here, it’s core infrastructure. * You’ll implement signal thresholds, inclusion and exclusion logic, and routing readiness rules. You’ll QA data before it reaches BDRs or Sales. When something looks off, you won’t patch it, you’ll fix the root cause. * You’ll also build structured funnel visibility from signal to pipeline. Conversion, velocity, leakage, you’ll make it measurable and reliable. When Demand Gen has questions, the answer comes from well-modeled data, not guesswork. * And as we scale, you’ll continuously refine schemas, simplify joins, and reduce manual work so the engine gets stronger, not heavier. WHO YOU ARE * You’re analytical, structured, and detail-obsessed. You care about how data is built, not just what it shows. * You’ve worked in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops before. You’re comfortable reasoning directly about CRM data models and structured datasets. You understand lifecycle logic, object relationships, and what breaks when those aren’t clean. * You’ve operationalised workflows from data, not just reported on them. * SQL, advanced spreadsheet skills, enrichment tools, or experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments are a plus, but clarity of thinking and data intuition matter more. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
