Legora is adding 100+ people a month and heading toward 2,000. At that pace the informal, tribal version of how a company runs
breaks down fast: new joiners reconstruct how decisions get made through Slack threads, and teams quietly point in different
directions. The fix is an explicit, durable operating model — and someone who owns it permanently.
This is that role. This is a founding role: you will build the function from scratch, then scale it as Legora grows. As Senior
Operations Manager, you will own the machine that turns company strategy into coordinated execution: the planning cycle, the
metric tree, the operating cadence, and the decision-rights framework. You will be Legora's cross-functional integrator — the
person who owns the seams between teams, ensures direction set at the top reaches execution on the ground, and keeps alignment
from decaying between quarterly beats.
You report to the VP of Operations, work with the C-suite and functional leads, and will build a small BizOps team as the function
matures. This is a founding operator role: the operating model is being stood up now, and you will inherit it, own it, and scale
it.

The role We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our senior leadership. This is not a traditional support role. You’ll manage calendars, travel and logistics, but you’ll also go beyond that: shaping how the company shares information, stays aligned, and operates day-to-day. You will help build and scale Legora as a company and set the operating model. Working closely with the Chief of Staff in the EMEA team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the strategic direction of the region. From planning key internal moments to improving workflows, you’ll bring structure to complexity and free up time where it matters most. This is a foundational role with broad exposure across the organisation, board and beyond. If you’re proactive, love details, and thrive in high-velocity environments - we’d love to meet you. What you will be doing: * Own calendar, travel logistics and email for our VP of Revenue and VP of Strategic Accounts - not just managing their time, but designing it to reflect shifting priorities and strategic focus. * Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones - making sure every touchpoint is prepared, purposeful and followed up. * Lead planning and execution of key team moments - including recurring meetings, offsites, workshops and informal gatherings. * Triage inbound requests, protect focus time and help communication flow smoothly across the team. * Partnering closely with leadership to flag blockers, support decision-making and help the company stay one step ahead. * Provide operational support to keep projects, initiatives and team collaboration on track. * Help strengthen collaboration and coordination between the Strategic Accounts and broader EMEA teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution. * Act as a central point of coordination across the company, collaborating closely with teams including Operations, Product, Sales and Legal. * Take initiative to improve the way the team operates - spotting friction points and building better systems. What you bring * 5+ years experience in roles like Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Business Operations - ideally in a high-growth or international environment. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you act before issues arise and take full ownership. * Deep attention to detail and a love of structure - you make things faster, smoother, clearer. * Strong communication skills - fluent in English, confident in handling sensitive or high-stakes communication. * High discretion and maturity - you know how to navigate different stakeholders and build trust. * Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and Notion - and a quick learner when new systems come in. * A genuine desire to support others and make the team better - you take pride in the work behind the scenes. The role As a Commercial Counsel in Legora’s Stockholm office, you will play a central role in supporting one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will work closely with our commercial teams, advising on a broad range of matters with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable deals while managing risk. You will report to the Head of Legal, based at our Stockholm headquarters. Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives. Beyond strong legal judgment, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset — looking for pragmatic solutions as we help redefine how legal work is done globally. What you will be doing: * Act as a commercial legal partner to the business, working closely with senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations, and Procurement on customer and supplier engagements. * Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts, with a strong focus on closing deals efficiently and pragmatically. * Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability, and contractual protections within customer and supplier agreements. * Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable, repeatable commercial contracting practices. * Address data protection and compliance considerations primarily within the context of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring risks are appropriately managed without slowing execution. * Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines to standardise negotiations and improve deal velocity. Who you are * Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. * Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Spanish and/or German language skills are considered a plus. * 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel. * Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements and supporting commercial teams. You’re an excellent negotiator. * Strong legal judgment and confidence in making decisions independently. * Experience in handling corporate matters and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. * Experience with data privacy matters, IT security and/or corporate law is meritorious. * Your focus is on achieving meaningful business outcomes, translating into actionable advice delivered clearly and comprehensively. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment and rapidly evolving business setting. This is the most senior seat on the advisory ladder and the person our largest clients trust when it matters most. In legal AI, that trust is hard-won: matters run to fixed dates, data is privileged, and clients hold Legora to the same standard of care they apply to their own work. Part technical advisor, part incident lead, part operating model owner, you hold the technical health of Legora's most complex client relationships and define the playbook the whole function runs on. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the relationship: Hold the technical health and escalation outcomes for our Strategic Accounts, serving as their primary point of escalation and continuity, and read usage and adoption signals to get ahead of risk. * Lead in a crisis: Act as incident lead on Sev1 and Sev2 events, owning coordination, customer communication, and the path to resolution. Drive post-incident reviews as trust-building artifacts and product feedback loops, not just process checkboxes. * Set the standard: Define and own the escalation criteria, account-health model, and cross-team interfaces the function runs on. Build mechanisms that make the team consistent and not dependent on individual heroics. * Own the Technical Blueprint: Maintain the single source of truth for each account, including data setup, integrations, security and legal considerations, and workflow context. Carry technical context from implementation into the live relationship so nothing is lost in the handoff and the whole account team can rely on it. * Drive adoption and enablement: Run technical reviews and enablement sessions that deepen product usage, unlock new value, and keep customers current on the platform. * Partner proactively: Work with Engagement Managers (CSM function) on Quarterly Business Reviews that tie technical health to business outcomes. * Coordinate escalations: Align the Platform Consultants and the Technical Platform Expert around a single resolution path, holding customer-facing ownership while technical root cause is driven in parallel. * Stay close to the signal: Own the highest-stakes cases in the L2 queue for your assigned Strategic Accounts, and serve as the escalation point for Platform Consultants before an issue reaches the Technical Platform Expert, so you stay close to the ground truth of each account's technical health. WHAT YOU BRING * You have owned strategic, high-value B2B accounts and kept clients confident when things went wrong. * You have led incident response or major escalations under pressure, start to finish. * You communicate with executives as clearly as with engineers: confirmed facts, explicit trade-offs, named owners, and no speculation presented as certainty. * You build frameworks, not workarounds, and you raise the bar for everyone around you. * A background in legal AI, legal tech, or a regulated professional-services domain is a strong plus.
