Consultants within several clinical areas, including Lab, Order & Results, Emergency Care, Care Administration,
Maternity/Obstetrics, and Surgery Process/Theatre Management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our ongoing efforts to
support our customers in the best possible way. One of your key responsibilities will be to communicate the value of our solutions
to end users in healthcare.
You will partly work on-site with customers, sometimes together with the customer’s system management team and sometimes directly
with end users in the organization. The role also involves remote work, meaning you need to be comfortable managing customer
interactions and other responsibilities through digital tools.
As Business Consultant, you will contribute daily to developing our customers’ competence and understanding of our solutions, as
well as leading training sessions and workshops. You will be involved in customer integrations, configuration, and implementation
of our systems, and work with business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be a key contributor to strengthening and developing Knightec Group’s core IT landscape. You will act as a subject matter expert and 3rd line escalation point, while also taking part and in cases drive strategic infrastructure initiatives that improve resilience, reduce complexity, and position the business for a fast-paced future. In addition to your personal qualities, you should have: * Engineering degree in IT or equivalent competence. * At least 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or platform-focused IT roles. * Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure across servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud services. * Strong experience with virtualisation (e.g. VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix, HyperV). * Strong experience in networking (firewalls, switching, routing, micro segmentation, WiFi and related hardware). * Strong experience with system administration in Windows Server and Linux (e.g. installation, patching, web servers, hardening, logging). * Solid experience with Identity management (e.g. AD, EntraID, IAM, RBAC, SSO, User provisioning, PIM, PAM, Access tiering). * Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. * A strong automation mindset and experience improving operational efficiency through scripting, standardization, or infrastructure-as-code approaches. * Experience with both infrastructure and system monitoring. * A structured and security-focused way of working, with sound judgement in change management and access control. * The ability to document clearly, communicate effectively, and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups. * Fluency in English, written and spoken. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Nordic Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager, you will take on a critical, senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for demand and supply planning across the Nordic markets. This is more than a traditional demand planning role – you are accountable for balancing cash, cost, and service by driving accurate forecasting, strong cross-functional alignment, and successful in-market execution. You will operate at the center of the business, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience, ensuring alignment across both commercial and operational teams. You will own and develop the demand planning agenda, including the S&OP / IBP process, while continuously improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and overall planning performance.
