help that talent feel at home — to feel a sense of belonging, navigate new cultures, and thrive both professionally and
personally.
SpeakCharlie trains languages and cross-cultural communication for companies with international teams. Swedish and English,
intercultural workshops, 1:1 coaching, on-site and online. Since 2014, we've worked with some of Sweden's largest companies, and
we've expanded our offering to include Mandarin, Ukrainian, Spanish, Polish and more.
We're looking for a CEO who believes that social impact is best achieved through a sound business model, and that the human touch
in teaching truly matters.
Our team is motivated, driven and focused. We're looking for a CEO to take on the challenge of growing our business and our impact
and who also believes that education is one of the most powerful tools to change people's lives!

We're a passionate team: 7 full-time employees and a network of ~80 part-time trainers and communication specialists. We're
trusted by global enterprise clients and the potential to grow is significant.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the mission and grow the business
Make SpeakCharlie the number one trusted partner in globalization — language training, cultural training, and what comes next
Own commercial strategy across new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Drive sales from the front — carry your own enterprise sales target while inspiring the team to hit theirs. A course or program
sold creates tangible impact.
Build the team and execute
Embed a high-performance, impact-focused culture — and keep the craft intact as we scale
Turn sales into shipped results on a quarterly cadence — sales goals, KPIs, CRM, OKRs, conversion, all led with data
Work with founders and board on strategy and execution. Doing beats planning.
THE MINDSET WE'RE AFTER
The driven salesperson. You see sales as a direct line to impact. You can read the room and the situation, and you know how to
present an offer that captures the true value — a real win-win.
The operational doer. You find the deal, you pick up the phone, you make the ask, you follow up a fifth time. You're comfortable
with ambiguity and short on excuses. You move before the plan is perfect, because the plan gets better once it meets a real
customer. You make things happen, and you inspire the team to put doing first.
Leading with heart. You actually care — about the people we serve, and about the people you lead. You remember that behind every
course finalized is someone who found their footing in a new country. That care shows up in how you make decisions when nobody's
watching.
A sharp mind. You're analytical, you look for patterns, you're detail-oriented.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years in B2B sales and commercial leadership — Head of Sales, Commercial Director, GM, or similar revenue-owning roles
A degree in engineering, business, law, human resources or similar
Deep understanding of Human Resources, talent management or a related field
Proven experience hitting sales targets
Real conviction about language, culture, and human development — this mission has to mean something to you personally
Documented problem-solving skills
Comfort working with (and optimizing usage of) G-suite, Claude, ChatGPT and CRM systems.
Comfort operating with a small team and a big ambition
Readiness to pick up the phone and make the ask
Experience from outbound sales or similar is a strong plus, so is experience working in a mission-driven environment
A history of getting things done
WHAT WE OFFER
- Starting salary in the range of 55,000–60,000 SEK monthly, plus annual performance-based bonus. As the company scales, so will
the compensation.
