What you will be doing Design high-performing web experiences: Create visually engaging, user-centered web pages and experiences that help users get started with Natural Cycles. Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and iteration. Take ownership of web design craft together with the team, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency. Bring ideas from concept to high-fidelity execution across all web touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and engineering to deliver and test ideas quickly. Use data, user behavior, and research insights to inform and validate design decisions. Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, and visual language. What skills and experience we think you have 4+ years of web design experience, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing sites or conversion-focused flows. Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design. A solid understanding of user behavior, marketing principles, and conversion drivers. Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite Experience working with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. The role covers the full product development process – from brief and concept to product development to technical documentation, production readiness and implementation – with strong focus on functionality, sustainability and quality. Education & Background: Master’s degree (preferred) / Bachelor degree in Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or equivalent.
