You bring substantial experience from complex technical delivery environments within automotive and possess the credibility and judgment required to drive change across organizational boundaries. Your strength lies not only in methodology, but in your ability to align stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure sustainable delivery outcomes in a highly regulated and fast-moving industry. We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: * 10–20 years of experience in agile delivery or project management within the automotive industry * Leading agile delivery at scale, including SAFe Program Increments and PI planning * Managing large, cross-functional programs spanning IT, engineering, and commercial functions * Serving in roles such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or senior Scrum Master in automotive environments * Driving organizational transformation and continuous improvement at program or portfolio level * Coordinating delivery across software, systems, and business functions in global automotive organizations Meritorious: * Certification within PM or Agile leadership, e.g. SAFe, PMP, or RTE – strongly valued * Experience from embedded software development, vehicle systems, or IT within a manufacturing environment * Experience leading ERP transformations or other large-scale change programs within automotive Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit What We Offer At WeQuel, you will become part of a consulting team that puts people first. WeQuel is looking for a Business Analyst – Program & Financial Analytics We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for assignments within the automotive industry. You will work embedded in large-scale transformation programs, providing analytical insights that support strategic decision-making at program and management level. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with both numbers and people – translating complex data into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders in a demanding industrial environment. We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: * 5+ years of experience in business analysis, program analytics, or financial analytics * Developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting models * Analyzing cost structures, operational performance, and program delivery data * Monitoring performance against targets and identifying risks or deviations * Working in large transformation programs within automotive or manufacturing * Presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams * Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools Meritorious: * Experience from the automotive industry or other regulated manufacturing environments * Background in financial planning, budgeting, or program controlling * Experience working in cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams Location: Södertälje Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit What We Offer At WeQuel, you will become part of a consulting team that puts people first.
