To our very exciting client within the healthcare industry we are now looking for an interim project manager for their innovation team. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate early‑phase innovation projects, including ideation, concept creation and feasibility studies. - Define project objectives, scope and deliverables together with sponsors, stakeholders and team members. - Ensure clear, structured and proactive communication across cross‑functional teams such as industrial design, usability engineering, testing, IP and product management. - Plan, track and report on project progress, budget, risks, deviations and milestones to stakeholders and line management. - Execute projects in alignment with the company’s internal innovation processes and applicable guidelines. - Contribute to improving methods, tools and best practices that support innovation work. - Build a strong understanding of user behaviors, patient perspectives and customer needs. - Collaborate with internal teams both locally and globally. Required Competencies - 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, medtech, pharma or other regulated industries. - Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams in complex development environments. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, delegate and ensure progress. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Skilled at negotiating and reaching alignment on strategies, roadmaps and key project decisions. - Fluent in English (written and spoken), Swedish is a plus. - Technical or engineering background (preferred). About the assignment: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a complex migration of leasing products from an existing platform to a new technology platform. The role requires a strong combination of project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical understanding to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions and successfully delivered. The successful candidate will act as the primary link between business stakeholders and external development teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, implemented, tested, and delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex leasing platform migration project. • Define, manage, and execute the project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. • Facilitate workshops and maintain close collaboration with internal business stakeholders to capture, analyze, validate, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements suitable for technical implementation. • Act as the primary interface between business users and external software development teams. • Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate solution design discussions and support architectural decision-making together with technical experts. • Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and decision logs. • Identify project risks, mitigation strategies, and escalation paths. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities. • Support data migration planning, system integration activities, and cutover planning. • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience managing complex IT implementation or migration projects. • Demonstrated experience leading platform migration or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience working within leasing, financial services, banking, or similar highly regulated industries is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). • Experience working with external software vendors and distributed development teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities. • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Technical Understanding The ideal candidate is not expected to be a software developer but should possess sufficient technical knowledge to: • Understand system integrations and API-based architectures. • Participate in technical discussions and challenge proposed solutions where appropriate. • Understand data migration principles and common migration risks. • Interpret technical documentation and solution designs. • Bridge communication between business and technical teams. About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) for backend works in our product engineering team with systems / services development for the Qbtech platform. Primary implementation languages are Java & Kotlin. The main focus of the work is coding (development) but an SSE works with the entire software delivery lifecycle. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and will report to Engineering Manager.  There is no possibility of a complete remote role. This is Hybrid with at least 3 days a week from office. Essential Duties and responsibilities Qbtech’s development of products and services are controlled by Qbtech Quality Management Systems, international standards and certificates as well as specific laws. In accordance with those, essential duties and responsibilities are: Develop and document new product features & stories. Code reviews for peers. Maintain and improve legacy code. Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure provisioning. Manage software deployment. Troubleshooting/investigation of incidents and bug fixing. We are looking for someone who has Extensive development skills using Java and Kotlin. Strong problem-solving mentality. Knowledge of the Ktor framework. Knowledge of at least one well known test framework such as Junit. Good knowledge of network infrastructure related to web application (examples: load balancer, firewall, security groups, CDN etc.). Experience of working with service provisioning for at least one of the following cloud services platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure). Experience of an infrastructure as code (Terraform). Experience with containerization (Docker). Experience from working with Agile development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal skills. At least 6-8 years documented experience.
