About the Role
We’re looking for a freelance Growth Manager with strong Google Ads experience to help scale our clients.
You’ll take ownership of performance across paid search (Google) and paid social (Meta), working closely with our creative team to
turn insights into results.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, performance-driven, and wants real impact.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta
Drive testing and optimization based on performance data
Work closely with creatives to improve conversion
Identify growth opportunities and scale winning strategies
Contribute to client performance and reporting
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years experience in performance marketing
Strong experience in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
Experience with Google Merchant Center / product feeds
Comfortable managing and scaling paid media budgets
Data-driven, structured, and proactive
Fluent in English
