Our First Line Customer Support team is the first point of contact when our customers hit a wall. You'll own their technical
issues from the first message to the final fix - some solved in an afternoon, others requiring weeks of digging. You'll sit within
our largest support hub in Stockholm, working alongside colleagues across Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, the US and Australia.
This isn't a scripted, ticket-closing role. Quinyx is a complex system, so the satisfaction here comes from investigating issues
properly, understanding the customer’s setup, and explaining the solution clearly, not just following a script.

Customer Support at Sellpy The next Danish-speaking colleague will have an important role in enabling customers in the Danish market. Sellpy has customers selling and buying second hand products, and our team is responsible for supporting customers in both areas, over chat, phone and email when required. We specialise in unique items at Sellpy, which gives you plenty of fun challenges that you probably haven’t faced before. In short, you will * Create satisfaction for our buyers and sellers in a wide variety of support errands. * Pick up inquiries via chat, telephone and/or email. * Learn lots about second hand in a fast-paced environment. * Help to improve our service based on customer feedback. * Contribute to how we expand our processes in customer support. Requirements * A structured and service-minded mentality. * Spoken and written fluency in Danish, at a near-native level. * Good knowledge of English as this is our company language. * An interest in finding solutions and improving the offer for our customers. Your Mission As a Customer Success Manager, in the Buy Side team, you will be at the forefront of how Mercell partners with its public sector customers including universities, hospitals, municipalities, and other buyers. This role reflects the evolution of Customer Success at Mercell: moving closer to our customers, deeper into their reality, to being proactive on their needs and more focused on long-term value creation. You will be part of the Customer Success team and report to the Head of Customer Success. Beyond managing a portfolio of customers, you will act as a trusted advisor working proactively with customers to understand their procurement goals, guide them in using Mercell’s solutions effectively, and help them navigate complex public procurement challenges. Your focus will be on driving meaningful adoption, measurable outcomes, and strong, long-term partnerships that truly make a difference for our customers and society. Core Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of buy side customers. * Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. * Drive product adoption, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with Mercell solutions. * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer value, including risk mitigation and growth pathways. * Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and continuous improvement. * Represent the Voice of the Customer internally, providing insights that influence product and service enhancements. Required Qualifications * Strong experience (ideally 3+ years) in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role within a SaaS environment. * Experience working with public sector customers. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently and prioritize based on value and risk. * Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to assess customer health and provide actionable recommendations. * Familiarity with CRM/CS tools (i.e. Hubspot). * Fluency (written and spoken) in English and at least in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with public sector organizations, procurement processes, or complex multi-stakeholder environments. * Experience in scaled customer engagement and retention strategies. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage a defined customer portfolio, including scaled or high value strategic accounts * Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor for high-value customers * Own and resolve customer issues (onboarding, billing, contracts, access) via HubSpot, Jira, or similar tools * Drive product adoption and clearly communicate customer value and outcomes * Ability to deliver low-touch, digital-first customer engagement * Contribute to renewal readiness by ensuring customer questions, blockers, and risks are addressed well ahead of renewal cycles. * Partner with Sales, Product, Value Delivery, and Marketing on renewals, expansion, and customer feedback * Act as the ''Voice of the Customer'' to inform product and process improvements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrated experience (ideally 3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within SaaS in a B2B environment. * Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. * Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts with a focus on value delivery and retention. * Data-driven mindset with experience using ticketing systems, CRM and Customer Success tools. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer lifecycle management. * Fluency (written and spoken) in English and at least in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian Locations: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Estonia Hybrid workplace (working onsite at the office and from home), balancing flexibility with collaboration.
